The walls were very thin in the room. We hard a very loud group of people in the room next door to us. I finally called the front desk at 1235 AM to complain about LOUD music playing next door. We were in room424. It was a long night with little sleep.

Nice breakfast. Hot coffee and nice variety. Jessica at the front desk was extremely helpful when we checked in. Great customer service.

There wasn't a bathroom exhaust fan. The pillows were terrible (had to use all 4)

I did not like that I thought we had a suite or at less large room space and the room was small. Everything was very close, and we had little space inside to move about. I guess the guest could be told that the rooms are not large, and you have less space you think.

We was close to things we like food outside hotel, shopping, looked like safe area. Had the best breakfast with the best staff member placing the food out very personable and greeted everyone with a smile and kind word. The staff here at front desk was also great. Nice and friendly. The greeting we received I would tell my friend and family when traveling to or thru the area to stay at this hotel.

* The beds were so uncomfortable, they were spring mattresses and very annoying for sleeping. * The AC sound was so loud inside the room. * The double bed room was too small for 4 people. * The room service does not come everyday, they come every other day.

The outside landscaping was pretty, the inside colors was beautiful, the room smelt great,was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the pillows of varies softness to firmness. The top cover was a little rough but I just folded it back and all was well. Overall a great experience and I will stay there again.

Location was excellent. I had a conference at the Winfrey but it was way more expensive and this place was so close and easy to get to. Plus, there's a Starbucks right next to it.

Elevators took forever, not enough towels in room, short staffed-when we asked for more towels they told us to come get them because they didn’t have enough staff to bring them up to room, carpets felt damp.

I stay here ususally 3 times a year. 2 stays ago, I forgot 3 shirts, called and was told they would hold them. I told them it would be almost 3 months. They said that they would be there waiting. When I returned in October, I was told after 60 days, everything goes in the trash. I almost did not come back.

They ran out of hot food at about 8am and we waited hoping they would bring more. I’m sure they did, but we couldn’t stay and wait due to our travel schedule. We purposefully wanted to stay in a room with a jetted tub. The room was nice but we had to move b/c the tub was missing jet parts. Same thing happened in the 2nd room we moved into. The staff did great work to get the tub working. Just a suggestion that when the room is checked, the tubs also be checked to ensure all is good.
