We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaHot tub was too hot. Other people thought so too. (Heated pool was lovely but could have been warmer - just my opinion) Picked place because you had both and breakfast went to 10 (instead of 9:30.)
I rated the value low because we came to Cleveland for the eclipse and the price was jacked up to over four hundred a night. Nice breakfast. Liked that you had hard boiled eggs and waffles, and even FRESH fruit!

Could hardly hear the TV or the thoughts in my head.with the constant scraping, banging, and drilling. Pool listed as heated, but was similar to an ice bath. Made me a little disappointed as that is the main reason I picked this hotel.
Loved the location. Close to Cleveland but far enough outside of the big city. Located right next to a nice outdoor mall. Bed comfort was amazing! Staff were super friendly.

CanadaI had a problem with the price difference between the booking and the Hampton inn. The counter guy Ed didn't care at all. The second guy on Sunday morning may 7th (unfortunately, I don't know his name) was trying to solve the problem. Wrote down my name and phone number, and said he would try to solve it with his supervisor.

GermanyRooms need an update: windows are hard to see through and bathroom equipment is a bit dated and could have been cleaner. Worst part were the elevators which worked very slowly and only 2 were available for the whole hotel.
Breakfast was a strong point at this hotel with tasty bagels and fresh fruits. Hot coffee of decent quality is always available in the lobby. Most staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Very nice TV in our room.

United States of AmericaThere needs to be another vertical bar to get out of the shower bathtub on the wall by where the water comes out that way you can get out a little bit easier when there is a tub. I thought the hallway needed to be vacuumed more than it was. I was also upset that there was no microwave in my room.
