The breakfast was lacking in my opinion. The eggs were okay. There were very few and they were not replensished once they ran out. There was not protein (bacon or sausage). They ran out of coffee. There was no staff present in the breakfast area

We were originally assigned an interior room, where our view was essentially brick and windows of the other hallway. The kind clerk at check-in moved us to an exterior room with a much more desirable view! I believe due to the high winds, we experienced a whistling sound all night long coming in through the ventilation system in the bedroom area and bathroom. otherwise, the room was nice and the bed very comfortable.

Water & coffee was only 24/7 in lobby as far as I know. We were on 2nd floor so not a huge deal (and yes we had coffee pot in room but I can't handle the smell. This was for roommates) Seriously, this was my only complaint other than beds being too hard and I know that's a personal preference.

Location was excellent for our conference. Hotel was easy to get to. My first experience with valet parking might have made it a life-long necessity 😀. The staff was fantastic, pool was different and hot breakfasts were so appreciated. Loved the pull out bins! We used them for snack bins vs keeping grocery bags laying around. Perfect little mini pantry.

When we checked in the pool was closed no ac in fitness room didnt know i had to pay to park until i got there. When i checked out was told i couldnt get a receipt cause i had booked through booking.com and ive never had that happen before. I always use booking.com where ever i go and the hotels always give me a receipt when i checkout. Also i picked the option to pay at the hotel and then the clerks wouldnt let me cause once again i was told since i booked through a third party they would take the payment and AGAIN i always book through booking.com and pay for my stay where ever it maybe when i check-in.

That it was right at the convention center which is where my event was for the time that i was there. Im an independent consultant with Pink Zebra and we had our reunion at the convention center.

Loud at night. Air conditioner in room was loud. I was told at check in they wouldn't charge the full amount using the card on file because I was going to pay with cash. The next day I was charged the full amount to that card. I had to go find a bank.

Location. We were there for a cheer competition and it was right across the street from the convention center. The included breakfast had several options.

The pool was less than desirable and it was shut down on day 2 of our trip. No hot tub either. The air conditioner was loud. When it would turn on my baby would wake up. The smell of marijuana in Columbus was crazy. You could smell it on the streets as soon as you walked out the door and then at night I had to put a towel at my door bc I could smell it coming in my room.

The property was clean, beds comfy, staff was nice although half didn’t speak English. Breakfast was delicious. Great location to convention center.

I had to argue with the lady at front desk to print me a detailed receipt of my daily room charges. She kept arguing that Booking.com will send that, which I knew not to be the case. Anyway , finally the printer magically printed it!

My arriving flight was cancelled and Emma was so kind to keep my reservation and start it a day late so I wouldn’t be charged for the night I wouldn’t be there. Thank you Emma🙏
