We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

When I checked in, the lady at the front desk said there was $20 contingency fee. I didn't understand what that meant and questioned her. She asked if I had ever stayed at a hotel before. My understanding from her was this is fee if something should happen to the hotel room, while you are there. I had never heard of that before. I did stay at one of these hotels two years ago in Virginia. I felt awkward after this encounter.

Expected queen beds, maybe I booked wrong, but it was not very wide for two adults. The blinds were broken and didn't open even halfway. The controls were also messed up, pressing Close opened them and pressing Open closed them.
Clean and super spacious room (handicap-accessible room). Hotel is at a good location 20 minutes from downtown attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. They provide plenty of towels and soap etc, without needing stayover room service every day.

Breakfast floor was sticky….nothing refilled while we were there. Hot juice out of the machine. Poor quality of food overall and cleanliness. At check in….they didn’t even bother to tell me what room number or to the lady in front of me….just not very welcoming. Room for improvement

The food could have been a little taster. The orange juice tasted like it was made with a bad orange. I couldn't drink it. Everything else was very good.
the breakfast was good but bland. the room was very clean and comfortable. Low noise. I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay her again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool was not heated. One morning the pool area had no clean towels. Saturday morning breakfast was out of eggs and potatoes. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait.
.The staff was courteous and amazing as I had a couple issues needing tended to. For that reason, I will return.

The water in my room could have been hotter.It wasn't cold but it wasn't as hot as I like it. They offered to move me to another room but I didn't go. The inconvenience wasn't worth the hassle.
Restaurants and shopping are close and convenient.

Would have liked more fruit verity and yogurt would have also been good. The waffle mix ran out as well. The conditioner in our room ran out. The pool was cold.

Cleanliness of room. Our comforters on two of the beds were visibly dirty. And when we pulled out the sofa bed, the mattress had stains on it as well. I understand that the comforters don’t get cleaned but never had it be so blatantly evident before.
The room was very large! Which was awesome! Fit our family of six nicely. Also, I liked the location. Felt safe. And gas station right next to it so we were able to fuel up and continue on with our journey.

The pool was on the small side and the temperature was cold, the kids didn't mind but I could only swim for a few minutes.
Great place to stay with elementary aged kids, they liked the pool and thought the room was super luxurious. Location was great, breakfast wasn't gourmet but there were plenty of options for 3 picky kids. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly, parking was no issue.
