The pool was closed for maintenance but I still plan on staying here again.

Don’t charge for parking. Garage was never filled up so there wasn’t a big demand.

Location; the afternoon front desk employee Jason was very helpful in answering questions and providing information on restaurants and attractions and how to get there. He always had a smile.

Everything was excellent.

This hotel met our needs for one night for being close to Country Club Plaza without being outrageously expensive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating for a late checkout. The breakfast had lots of choice, clean and kept up to date. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only one elevator working. There is no clear direction on how to go to the parking garage to the lobby to get to the elevator for the rooms. You could use a second or third bagel toaster. Took a while to wait in line.

We wasn't sure where to eat dinner, the gentleman behind gave us a couple places to walk to, showed us how to get there and gave us a map...great job.. Breakfast was great, what a large selection..

The only downfall to our trip was our neighbour who decided to turn either his/her Tv or phone volume up to max at 5:00 a.m. while we were still trying to sleep.

This is always my go to hotel when we are visiting. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating, breakfast is great, and the cleanliness is exceptional.

Location to plaza (couple blocks away), clean, spacious room and breakfast had a lot of options. Dog friendly with a open field across the street.

The sheets were too small for the bed. The toilet did not flush very well (the toilet paper didn’t go down on the first flush). The lobby area did not smell good.

It was so clean! The breakfast was pretty good and they rotated the menu. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean.
