Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of food. The staff was very nice. I asked for a fan, and they were able to supply it to me. the communication through text to see how I was or needed anything was awesome also.

United StatesMaid service is reduced due to staffing. But, the front desk fulfilled any supply issues promptly. Our room had 1 maint issue. The deadbolt strike plate screws on the door were stripped. Made locking difficult.
The room was outstanding, large & roomy, laid out quite nicely. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was great. They mixed up the menu which is important in a 6 night stay!

United StatesWhen I arrived for check in at 4pm the originally room I had selected had not been cleaned yet. The young lady at the front desk contacted the housekeeper to locate a room for me that had already been cleaned (only two available the fit my reservation). Upon getting to the room it had been clean to the sight but the bar area had sticky spots still on the countertop and the mirror on the sliding doors to the closet also had sticky spots splattered all over it. The tv mount in the room (it pivots) would not stay facing the bed or the couch when you tried to put it in place to watch it. Overall it was a great stay and none of these issues would not deter me from staying again. However, I feel that housekeeping staff needs to be expanded to get rooms cleaned prior to designated check-in time of 4pm and to make sure that rooms are cleaned to Hilton standards.
The young lady at the front desk was very personable and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was very well maintained. Wish the hot tub had been open but the pool was an available option which was also heated.
