Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The pillows were to soft for both me and my mom. I also did not like that we had to pay to park our car. I think that should be included in the price of the room.
I liked how close it was to the museum that I was going to see. I liked how it was easy to walk to different places and have so may different places to eat at close by.

Was a little drive for sightseeing in DC.
It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and stores in harbor. Clean property, easy to park in garage.

I parked in the St George covered parking garage. I had to figure out how to get from the garage to Hampton Inn. I had to lug my suitcases from garage to hotel. TV channels were not so good. Could not find westerns or religious channels like TBN or Daystar
Breakfast was great. Price was good in comparison with other such as MGM hotel. Room was great. The front desk personnel were great

One of two of the elevators were broken on a busy weekend and I ended up having to use the stairs from the 10th floor so I could be on time for my panel and checkout.
Staff were amazing! Everyone was polite and helpful and made our stay amazing. Room was huge, beds comfortable, and the location can't be beat. Really enjoyed breakfast, the two flavors of waffle are a nice touch. Thank you for helping make this a great katsucon!

Only one elevator working, hasn't been working for over a month. If we knew it wasn't working I would have requested a lower floor.
Location is just right, close to the convention, while being away from the convention.

One of the two elevators was not in operation and that resulted in a lot of lost tone and stress. Additionally the air conditioning system is very loud. I work in HVAC and the system was operating normally, it's just poorly designed for the space and clearly has no noise insulation around the unit.
Staff were pleasant, location is great, price was phenomenal.

A huge issue was the one elevator being out of order, with it being during Katsucon, it was a nightmare to get anywhere in a timely manner. It literally took hours to get our luggage out to the car because of the wait times, and we unfortunately missed a large portion of the con on sunday because of it :( I heard that it was out since MagFest, and really should have been repaired before an event like Katsu.
Everything was amazing in the room! I couldn't have asked for better, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was very clean, and was perfect for spending the weekend at a con. Breakfast was great! Perfect distance from the Gaylord.

The Ice machine didn't work on my floor.
Every time I stay here is a great place to stay. No problems staff made sure we had everything we need. communication was great.

I had a hard time entering after 8pm to check in because the doors lock for security (good thing) and the front desk didn't see me. I didn't see the buzzer to contact them at first. So just be aware of how to enter.
Clean room, surprisingly quiet (our window faced the main entrance and was only one floor up, so I was concerned about noise, but there were no problems!). Front desk staff was always helpful.

The $250 deposit ( refundable) and room service doesn’t come you have to request it. Also the bathroom didn’t smell too good.

Parking was $24 a day. Room was large but not appropriately furnished. There was only one chair. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other hotels in this class.
Comfortable and well located near National Harbor, shops and restaurants.

The volume of the bathroom shower water was very low and no water pressure. We have to park our car in another building nearby; not very convenient. The fabric of cover sheet of the comforter was not soft and not very comfortable.
