We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe were awakened after 11 PM by noise from folks staying in a room near us. I thought it was very rude to be making noise in the corridor and I am assuming an adjacent room near us at that hour.
The breakfast was varied and fresh. Eggs and bacon were hot and had not been sitting around.

United States of AmericaThere were unexpected things, unless they were in the fine print. I didn't expect to have to pay for parking. Also, I didn't expect to pay different daily rates. When I make a reservation, I expect to be charged the same daily rate each day. Also, like many other national chains that provide breakfast, the plastic utensils used to eating are the cheapest and lowest quality you can get. Knives and forks can't even adequately cut some of the food. You would think that a multi-million dollar company would spend a little more for table service that would be functional.
Overall, everything was fine, with the exception of below.

Also, they attempted to charge me for $5.00 for one night parking, which I was not told about when I checked in. This was disappointing. There was no hand sanitizer available in the breakfast room.

United States of AmericaThere was no complimentary bottled water in my room as there is at most hotels, and none was offered to me when I checked in. Also, the filters in my a.c. unit were dirty. I always check them first thing due to my allergies. I called the front desk and maintenance came right away and took care of it. The breakfast was lacking somewhat. The potatoes were soggy. The bacon was paper thin and more like a candy ribbon than bacon. Upgrading the yogurt would be helpful. Offering a gluten-free bread item would be nice.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The blankets and pillows were excellent. The beauty products are exceptional, and it is so nice that they are not from China.

United States of Americathe room was on the first floor right next to the coffee table and the lobby. the window looked out to the pool area so you couldn’t really enjoy any outside view. when we got there, the young man said that was the only room he could offer me. I made the reservation thru booking and I wondered to myself if perhaps I should have used my Hilton honors to book the room. it may have been better. it was noisy most of the evening. I felt for the price I paid, it should have been a little better room. this room seemed like an after thought when the hotel was built. the layout of it just seemed a little weird. even the toilet handle was in the wrong location. But it was clean and that’s all that mattered.

United States of AmericaThey can't do anything about it but the design of the hotel is very weird shaped like a V elevator on the bottom of the v and reception and breakfast top right of the v. The staff was very pleasant. The attendant for the breakfast kept up with the huge crowd and everthing was replenished hot selection often and HOT! Coffee also was replaced often both areas were kept spotless. Great job!!!
Surprised at the location adjacent to strip mall. Great if you have a family. There are national chain restaurants close by, actually walking distance like restaurant 99 a great wine store I never heard of "Table and C ine" that sells charcuterie and cheese to go with the wine IF YOUR FROM N.Y.C AREA AND HAVE A COOLER, STOP BY ALDI MILK WAS 1.49 GALLON UNHEARD OF IN N.Y.
