We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaTried to go to the restaurant but after waiting 15 minutes for a hostess we left even though they passed us and never said I’ll be right with you. The bathroom had wear and tear and the countertops were sticky so I had to clean them.
It was close to the polar express experience in Whippany.

United States of AmericaAlmost always encounter Parking Fees at Marriott. I will choose another hotel next time plus the room seemed small for the amount paid. No in-room microwave was another shortcoming.
Location was good and road traffic noise was minimal. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and the shower was lux. Bed was comfortable and supportive.

United States of AmericaHair in two meals. Not a strain it was a wad of hair. 16 year olds sitting at bar. When the manager was told they brushed it off and called the cops on my husband saying he was creating a scene. Was going to go eat in the restraunt last day there and was intentionally bumped by the Irish guy that works in there. No apology or anything bad attitude. Left Xbox controller and was told they would call me back to let me know if it was there and I've heard nothing. Got a 75.00 wine card but it wasn't not mentioned that the wine bar wouldn't be opened on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. So we are left with 50.00 that can't be used.

There was hair in on the bed. The bar and it manger’s where not professional at all one of the bartenders was very unprofessional.
