Bar staff could use some improvement, not very nice and huff and puff whenever we ordered anything, very loudly and noticeable to all guest there. The pictures of the pool on the site are very deceiving. we were disappointed with the pool especially because that's the reason we choose this site.

The only real issue I had was people talking loudly in the hallway when I was trying to fall asleep. It was a nice stay.. very clean! I enjoyed the bed!

The beds seemed smaller then same size beds elsewhere. And the room was small and the set up weird. Literally walk in and your facing a wall. Also no microwave.

Had to make a reservation for maid service. Signed up for maid on a particular day and the maid never came. Felt that ruined my stay.

Room was very small. No fridge or microwave in the room. Fragrance in the lobby is overwhelming.

Loved how pet friendly. Coffee was really good. Pet potty area was excellent and well appointed with poop bags. Lovely to have a bar to get dinner. Beds were small but comfy.

My only complaint is because of the pool, the water was very cold, I thought it was hot water, there were few towels available, and they don't have control over the rules, for example, they say that children under 12 are not allowed in the jacuzzi and there are many small children inside playing and screaming throwing toys, everything else the hotel was excellent

Location of the hotel was most important. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean.

We had an excellent stay the room was comfortable. My only complaint Is that the American Flag they had flying was tattered and should have been taken down. We had to talk to 3 people and ask 3 times before we got an answer of they are on order and they are not allowed to take it down. We are a military family and we found it very disappointing. This has happened at one other Marriot location we stayed at as well.

rooms smelt and felt a little mildew like. huge hotel but could use some upgrades to bring it up to date. wish people would be courteous with the hot tub as I didn’t get to use it once in my 2 day stay.

Very nice hotel, breakfast was incredible! very friendly staff! I liked everything, except for the pool area! I wanted to be with my family with my husband and my two children, but there was a lot of noise, there were people drinking liquor, listening to music with a battery, even smoking, we could not be calm, there were very large children jumping from outside to inside the pool which is prohibited! but there was no control there, I was afraid that they would hurt my children, the jacuzzi was occupied all the time, the atmosphere was heavy and we preferred to return to the room.

the front desk was rude when I asked if I could extend my stay. He did not have the friendliest customer service so I did not book another night unfortunately. Pool was also closed and the hot tub was not working. 1 out of the 3 bathroom lights were working so it was very dim.
