Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe place had obviously aged. Scuff marks in the hallways. The location was off the highway and didn't have much of a view. An industrial vibe in the area. I felt that it was a bit expensive for the value, but was much better priced as the choices in Page. The hotel is a good choice for solo travelers. Big Water apparently goes on Arizona time. A bit annoying if you ask me.
The host bent the rules and allowed me to check in early. I then went to Lee's Ferry and returned after dark. This made it very convenient to explore the area and have a place to stay upon returning late. The host was very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect location to see the mountain view. It's 21 minutes away from Page. Between the Utah & Arizona border. Everything was there. Only the bathroom was tiny The door of the shower couldn't close.

United States of AmericaI have nothing negative to say but if the hotel is looking for some feedback, I'd suggest: 1. a few more hangers in the room 2. move the lamp that is directly over the headboard. My partner kept hitting his head on it and the corners are sharp
This is a great place to stay if you are out there to do hiking and sightseeing. It's not fancy so don't expect a modern, updated room, but the room is a nice size and the bed was super comfy. The room, sheets, bathroom and towels were all very clean. And we were very comfortable. The motel is a tad remote (about 20 min from Page, but there are things to see and do closeby. Plus, the remoteness makes it quiet and peaceful. I only met one woman who checked us in, met her a couple times, and she is super friendly and helpful. We checked in around 9ish in the evening and we were wiped from driving so I forgot to ask for my extra pillows, which I requested via a comment in my booking. The next day we came back to our room and there were 2 clean pillows inside the door. Breakfast is not offered but there was plenty of coffee every morning. I highly recommend this motel. Will stay again when we are in the area.

United States of AmericaNo breakfast options, but no big deal. That just gave us another reason to stop once we got back on the road.
The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful and welcoming, and we liked the quiet, laid-back atmosphere and no crowds, so we were able to let our dogs run behind the motel.

Great view on a ranch and rodeo arena - true Arizona/Utah experience. Coffee and water in the lobby was nice. Clean room, comfy bad. Room a little bit old, but sufficient for one night and in interesting rodeo theme. Good location for Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Band.

United States of AmericaDidn’t have some of the amenities of a more expensive motel like an iron, but I’m sure the staff would have provided one if asked.
Value. The other motels closer to Page were much more expensive. The staff was wonderful. It wasn’t decorated like your typical chain hotel. It was homey.
