Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaReading lights beside bed were broken and didn’t work. Shower handle was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. A/C was noisy to the point where we had to turn up the TV every time it came on. Room had a different smell than the hotel, almost like a musky/mold smell. Shower body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. Messaged the staff to replace it but never heard back from them and the dispensers were never refilled.
Lots of good places to eat around.

United States of AmericaThe incidentals are charged each day. It doesnt make sense to do this when using a credit card. Why does it need to be $50 for each night you stay????? Also it takes 7 days to receive the $ back. Which I still have not received back. Also, If I charge something to the room it is supposed to come out of the additional fee paid. However another $30 was charged to my card. My total stay for 3 nights now cost me $527, $150, and $30. For a total of $707. It would be nice to at least get the $150 back. Its inconsistent with hiltons. I could have stayed downtown charlotte in a better area for the price.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled a bit like there could have been a water leak at some point almost like an old closet or basement and the covers were not completely stain free. There seemed to be old make up stains possibly on the sheets. The 3rd floor icemaker didn't work the entire visit. The parking garage would have been nicer if was connected to the hotel to avoid having to go walk across the street outside to get to your car or find street parking.
The location was awesome and very cute.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was an additional cost. The bar and restaurant was closed on weekends (when it would make the most sense to have them open). The pool, coffee machines, and a couple other things in the lobby were all "out of service". The rooms were not entirely clean, with mold on the a/c unit and in the showers. There were repairs that needed to be done in common areas outside of the lobby that were an eyesore but also a little concerning.
The lobby area was gorgeous and the staff was kind.

United States of AmericaWell I think I saw that we have to pay for breakfast. Most hotels I have been to have continental breakfast. I know this is the Hilton but maybe a complimentary breakfast on the first morning or the last day of your stay.
Overall it is an excellent hotel. Clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, the room was super clean and it was quiet. The lobby is also appealing and the fact that there is parking on the street or garage makes it easier

The room was comfortable. However the door to the room looked like someone previously tried to breakin! There were scratches on the door.
