Breakfast was not up to standard for a very good hotel. Food quality lacking. Coffee weak, and real milk was by the cereal, not the coffee.

We had called a day or two prior to our stay to make sure the hot tub and pool were working. To our disappointment they were both closed when we arrived.

We were impressed with the property. The lobby was clean, large, and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great with made on order hot entrees. The room was clean and has a nice setup.

Manager at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Smiled, made check in easy, answered questions and overall was professional and pleasant.

Hotels should have charging stations now but my biggest issue was that my room keys would not consistently work. It was very inconvenient. There was noise all night (stomping and slamming) from adjacent rooms. There was a wedding or something on the first floor you could t hear at all but the nearby rooms stomped until nearly dawn

The bathroom door made a sliding scratching noise each time closed very loud. The sheets on both beds had something like dried blood or chocolate on them nothing I would be super concerned about but it was kinda off putting. No vent in bathroom. I didn't like that my 6 year old was so easily able to purchase a 20.00 movie. That was a deal breaker as I was in shower and he bought Elemental then fell asleep 15 minutes after lol

Location convenient, the breakfast option was ok. Usually complimentary, but it was ok. Really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash being chemical free.

1) Very very very loud AC . Doesn’t help to have a restful night of sleep after a long drive from southern CA , especially with a pretty uncomfortable stiff mattress like that . Install a modern ceiling fans instead ! One can’t use your AC anyway for the whole night . Had to turn it on/off all night long ! 2) internet connection is spotty 3) Bottled water for 3$ ?! Feels like airport prices , but even there they have drinking fountains. Most hotels now are offering complimentary drinks and coffee . 3) keys not working . Had to reset twice . That happens a lot , thankfully you had a nice cleaning lady who helped us with this issue

Great shower , water pressure and very generous bottles of shampoo! Breakfast looked and smelled good , watermelon and scramble eggs looked fresh , but we decided to eat somewhere else . Location was good , parking was easy , spacious and mainly available. The entry hall with high ceiling and lots of light . Nice first impression. We enjoyed using your gym! Swimming pool looked inviting , but didn’t have any fresh towels in the morning . Overwhelmed staff or cost cuts ?

There was a sticky part on the carpet. But the rule is to always wear your shoes/ slippers ⚠️.

The hotel was a decent price for a decent place. If you need just a basic room to sleep, this is a great hotel. It had your basic necessities and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also nice, clean, and updated.

Requested adjoining rooms in advance but they did not hold them. HOT in lobby and hallways. No towels at pool. Only one very slow person at check-in counter.

Spacious, clean room. Decent breakfast buffet included in our room package.

We were given two queens initially, but the staff member switched us to a king room, and everything was great!

The pool was closed, the front desk staff was not hospitable, we weren’t acknowledged upon arrival.

There was a very nice patio that we sat and visited, ate pizza and drank our own beverages. The most friendly of all staff was the Bar tender at the hotel bar we were told was closed for The Weeknd by the front desk upon check in and the maid .

I was made to wait and checked in late around 3:45pm. Also, when I first arrived the woman at reception was not nice. She didnt even make an effort to smile.

The furniture is dated and worn. The beds were soft and not very comfortable. The ceiling in the bathroom above the shower looks like it had black mold. The shower drain was brown and looked rusted out. Not worth the price of over $200.00.

I liked the lobby and the common areas. The grounds were nice.
