When booking was made, I thought it offered a free continental breakfast and found it was not so. Instead there was a $21.50 per person breakfast. Felt info was misleading.

TV had a problem but a person was immediately sent to the room and it was solved.

Hot tub was freezing cold and using the hot tub/heated pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel for the night.

Wasn’t thrilled with the room I was assigned Concierge at check in recognized me as a repeat stay, but my room was steps off the lobby in a pretty high traffic area WiFi wasn’t working

Hilton Garden is in a very desirable location Fitness center has several machines and some free weights etc that I like to use

The breakfast waiter we had 3 mornings in a row was not skilled at her job in any sense of the word. I feel awful saying that because maybe she was just doing the best she could but I do not think that specific job is best suited for her. The coffee pots were empty every single morning that are located in the breakfast area. We waited for about 10 minutes while we ordered breakfast the first morning but had to ask the front desk clerk to get somebody from the kitchen to replenish the carafes. Another guest asked the second morning and we asked again the 3rd day. I would have gladly had a tea instead but there wasn't any hot water either.

The lounge area was quaint and the lady tending bar while we were there was amazing, friendly and funny. Waffles were very tasty at breakfast!

Pool hours could start earlier. We were there for a tournament so extended pool hours are important. Charged about $22 a person for breakfast. There’s plenty of options nearby that are more affordable.

The front desk staff was extremely patient and was definitely wearing many hats. There was an issue with our room and she quickly switched us to another room.

The architect designed the room poorly - the front door, closet and bathroom door were all jammed together in the entryway and the front door had suffered damage due to this and the maintenance crew repaired it with the skills of a 5th grader. The shower door dragged on the shower curb. The right bath sink faucet dripped. The carpet in the room had lived it's life and wanted to be replaced. A table and 2 chairs would have been nice for the guests who didn't want to pay the food prices which exceeded all other places on Bridgeport Ave.

It was a nice, basic place to sleep.

If you're on the late side of breakfast hours, they start removing things. The tables weren't cleaned very well despite us arriving towards the end when no one else was there.

Breakfast was available including omelets, pancakes, waffles prepared by a chef. They had strawberries and blueberries also, which was nice. However, no gluten free nor vegan options available. Beds were comfortable.

Due to another guests incident the Connecticut Police investigating and asking us questions in the parking lot was very discomforting and strange. The disable bathroom could be cleaner, plastered and painted.

Thank you for having us! Lucy was amazing at check out. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and very hospitable. Lucy made my co worker want to stay another night, haha! The young lady doing the water Jan 22nd and the gentleman who mopped the floor the day before on Jan 21st were also really hospitable & made our stay so comfortable! The location is great especially with having to work everything was about a 10-20 min drive.
