Elevators/hallways were dirty. Would have like to see some more activities/things to do for such a big resort. Pool was overcrowded. There needs to be a bar that doesn't close so early and isn't in the casino!

Breakfast at the iguana cafe was amazing. Loved our waiter there. Good location to go hike Bandelier but also get to the Santa Fe plaza.

Not a biggie but thought it was marketed that all rooms had a balcony. Would have been great to have a lounge in the lobby area. There may have been one but could have been closed?

Room was very comfortable, air flow super, quiet. Easy to get around. Will have to revisit when warmer.

My family and I have stayed here many times. This was the first time our room was dirty. The bedding was great but the tables, mirrors, and lamps were dirty. Hopefully it was just an oversight!

Half of the restaurants were closed. The gift shop was closed at 3 pm on a Tuesday. The sign on the door said they would be open at 2:35. The door was unlocked and 2 ladies inside that worked there, immediately were put off by us being there. We tried to make them aware that according to their sign on the door they should be open. That was not the case. So we left and explored the hotel and circled back, but they were still inside and the door was then locked. The golf course was also closed for maintenance. I had called the hotel a few days ahead of our stay to inquire what facilities would be available during our stay and there was not ONE word that so much of (or ANY of) the resort would be closed. It would have been nice to know since we thought we would have things to choose from and not have to leave the property. This was our anniversary trip, so we were trying to splurge a bit and stay somewhere special. :-(

The beds were comfy. They gave us a beautiful sunset room. It was quiet.

Limited exit access from guest rooms. Only stairs close are posted for emergency only with alarms, forced to take the very long walk to elevators then to lobby to get to parking lot. No room service or mobile order with restaurants not convenient.

Clean and well maintained, the art and decor is great. Rooms was great and love the patio.

The walk just from the check-in desk to the hotel elevators is so far that they had to put rest stop benches in the middle. Add the walk to your room when you get to your floor, then back past the front desk to the elevators that go to the casino, and it feels like at least a mile walk. This hotel is for the young and fit, not older folks with ailments. Didn't see any scooters so don't know if allowed.There were no bell hops, so carrying luggage that far was brutal. We spent a lot less time gambling because the long walk kept us from going back and forth from room to casino.

The room was nice and clean, with very nice w/ Southwestern decor and a gas kiva. Bed was comfortable, and the large screen tv was nice. It had a balcony but it overlooked the nearby industrial looking rooftops, so no bueno

The staff at the casino was very friendly. however I think I should have been informed that if i BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY THAT MY STAY PERTAINING TO CASINO TABLE PLAY COULD NOT EARN DISCOUNTS OR COMPS. Also when I pulled up Buffalo Thunder Resort I thought I was booking through them. I didn't realize I was booking thru a third party. I think this and the results of this should be more clearly disclosed.

Better road signage needed outside to direct drivers to hotel front desk. I entered through casino believing this was only entrance to the property, which was both inconvenient and annoying.

Indoor pool and hot tub shut down during the summer was disappointing. TV options were severely limited (1 channel of HBO, come on), just a couple of channels and everything is pay per view. Wifi was not strong. Restaurants were mostly closed, Starbucks selection was very limited so you had no choice but to travel for food.

Huge room, great shower, the air conditioner worked nicely. Plenty of elevator options so you never had to wait. Incredibly clean room and hallway. Outdoor patio was nice but chairs were small (still doable). All of the staff were amazing.

No automatic house keeping. Digital key didn't work. Used Hilton App to check in and out, receipt never came, I had to call to get copy. The App says I don't have any previous stays to include the one I just checked out of with the Hilton App.

Would be nice with more of a choice of restaurants. We were unable to eat at our place of choice due to completely full.

All staff was amazing. Very clean nice quality hotel. They had enough staff to accommodate all guests.
