Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great central location with a map available at check in. We could walk around the city over 2 days/2 nights. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast options- yoghurt, pancakes, fruit, cereals, bread/muffins/pastries, eggs, sausages, juices & coffee. Lovely helpful staff. Parking onsite ($39 per night)

The key cards demagnetized often. The toilets were extremely staff. The elevators were slow and hardly able to keep up with a lot of people. The doors were locked during times where they were supposed to be opened and vice-versa.
The location is the primary draw for this hotel. The staff is extremely cordial and was able to help with any issues I had. For the price and location, it's a hotel that I would use again.

There was food left in the fridge by the previous guests. The parking staff is rude.
The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. The facilities are in good condition and the room is overall clean. The cafeteria staff is friendly.

Really noisy outside late at night, even with two white-noise makers going. Elevator broke, room keys stopped working multiple times, no toilet paper replaced in room and no fan in bathroom.
Location was in the middle of everything. Breakfast was good

One of the reasons I chose this location is because it stated on booking.com it accepted booking.com wallet. I tried unsuccessfully SEVERAL TIMES to use wallet credit. Could not make reservation. Frustrated, I made the reservation without the wallet and it worked. I needed to make the booking to reach booking.com customer service because you need a booking number and a pin to speak with them. booking.com had me cancel the reservation and they walked me through the steps to use the credit but AGAIN it did not work. My credit expires 3/27. I asked the booking.com representative if they could possibly extend the expiration date of the credit. I held for an answer but then call dropped. Guess I'm losing credit.
Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Location was perfect for our itinerary.

There were homeless living on the street and it was a bit scary.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was comfortable. Close to Septa transit. Parking on site, but it is extra money.

I know it’s difficult but the garage should be maintained a little better. There were homeless people, the elevator and the entire garage smelled like urine. The elevator had garbage in it. I’m not sure how much it’s being cleaned

We have 2 rooms and one of the room the sheets wasn't changed, was some orange stains on it, Parking garage the guy was really mean, when we left
