I paid more than I would have liked because there was a hot breakfast available. Most hotels have breakfast till 11 am. I did not realize it was such a short time for breakfast 7 am - 9 am. I missed the breakfast which disappointed me. I ended up going out for breakfast which cost me even more $$.

the daytime staff was rarely at the front desk. I had to ask for towels and wash clothes because the room only had 2 sets. I had to ask for bedding for the pullout couch. these things should have been in the room. the shower door didn’t stay closed and so when my children showered for for the first time there, they floor got wet. this revealed lots of hair on the floor that hadn’t been properly cleaned. Although the hotel is non-smoking, it smelled like smoke in the halls and room, but not overwhelmingly so. The one breakfast staffer I did see was not friendly and did not speak. Breakfast should have some variation!! the word pancake was on the wallpaper, so I thought that would be offered. it wasn’t. please add pancakes or waffles to the breakfast menu. non dairy options would be great as well. Our room cards were deactivated twice over our four day stay. that was a bit inconvenient.

I loved that we could walk to get something to eat and that there was a bus stop right out front. I loved the size of the room and bathroom. I appreciate an actual suite and not one room with a half partition and one tv that other hotels call a suite. I loved that there was a hot tub. I loved Andy on the night staff. loved the shower once it was fixed.

None of our rooms (several friends) were particularly clean, a couple had to get new room since they were unmade after previous tenants or left dirty. I had toilet paper sitting in the toilet upon arrival, and the bath soaps/shampoos were empty.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was kind and helpful when it came to frequent needs for the place being less than well kept.

There was an overwhelming smell of weed smoke which when I was checking out the staff expressed they smelled too by never apologized for. Also, because of people holding parties on their room parking was very limited.

I had two tvs in my room and only one remote, the hallway was freezing , the couch had a piece of steel sticking out of it and little holes in the couch , there was way to much chlorine in the jacuzzi area it burned my eyes terribly i could barely sit in there long

the front desk was ok. She could not find my reservation for 2 rooms and I had to pay the regular price.

We had asked for early checkin and we had to sit in our car until noon time. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this time I was not happy. Then they lost one of my reservations and i am seeing that i am being charged for 3 rooms
