Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaEverything everyone has said about the hotel is pretty accurate. It is located RIGHT off a busy highway, so be prepared to stop quickly. It's definitely an older Holiday Inn and you can tell by all the stains everywhere. The room was smelly but clean and once we got the cold air on and circulating, it wasn't that bad. The hallways definitely smell like weed. Lol. My 12 year old asked me if there was a skunk somewhere. Overall, my husband and I would probably stay again by ourselves but not with the kiddos.
The staff was great even though we could tell they were short staffed. They were excellent! Location to event was good.

United States of AmericaIn our room for 2 guests, there were only 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth, & 1 hand towel. I guess we are supposed to share? When we arrived, our tv/direct tv wouldn't work until we plugged into a different outlet. Mini fridge was not cool enough to store our food with no place to turn it down. Our ac did not work at all, the fan would run but the compressor would not kick on. After sweating for a couple of hours, we decided it was just too hot in our room to sleep, so we had to switch rooms before bedtime. The new room had an ice cold ac, but the fridge was not cold in this room either with no place to turn it down. Same towel shortage problem in this room as well.
Staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everything was very clean. We felt very secure here and parking lot was very well lit.

United States of AmericaToilet broke and they said they would send up maintenance. Checked back several hours later and was informed that maintenance had left for the day. The hotel was full so they couldn’t move us rooms. They did adjust our price which is why I rates the staff high but the facility low.
Staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaI don’t like the highway merge right away. Some very rude drivers flying by. We didn’t have enough towels in the room for all of our guests
The location wasn’t bad. I liked the comfy bed and clean room. I enjoyed the completely hot tea in the the room. The entire hotel appeared clean inside and out which was very nice.. thank you

United States of AmericaThe curb side appearance was severely lacking, 5 Dead Trees, medians were not cut and some of the bushes needed to be trimmed Smell in one of the rooms quickly corrected by the staff and tv remote did not work in one of the rooms. Breakfast was a little lacking. Drink dispenser was out of order. Choices to drink were coffee, milk, orange juice, apple juice. No cold tea, water or ice available.
Breakfast Food was good for the situation (eggs, sausages, biscuits, waffle station, yogurt, etc) The electric car charging stations are a good addition. Staff was very professional, polite and responsive. Close to scheduled events

United States of AmericaDaily OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT for facility needs great improvement and more accountability…plus there should be nighttime hotel maintenance staff, other than just a one front desk person working alone as..TV remote did not work. Breakfast juice dispensers were not working. Treat’s Vending Machine worked on Coins only. Room had no insulated coffee cups to make coffee. When I called the front desk to report…the nighttime desk man’s answer was that “there is nothing he can do about it at that time of night (10:00 pm) But he will inform the General Manager about all of this and ask for a Discount $$$ instead”. So, no help from anyone, and no Discount given. Need more help from additional staff.
Nice faculty with good front-line staff.

United States of AmericaWe came back to our room once and our door wasn’t shut all the way from the cleaning staff. Anyone could have went into our room. I think the cost of our stay was a little pricey for the overall quality of the hotel. The pool was not in good shape, our bathtub had dirt in it, the hairdryer had someone else’s hair all over it. Towels were kind of just thrown onto the shelf, not folded nicely. The tv stand was dusty. Didn’t seem like there were extra covid cleaning policies in place because of that. Just small things that could have been avoided.
Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

United States of AmericaOne of our kids needed to sleep on the sofa bed. it was literally springs with cloth on them. thankfully we had extra blankets with us and laid on over the sofa for her to sleep on and it was fine. if we had planned on staying longer, I would've called down about it.
The location was fine for us. The staff was very sweet and friendly and check in was quick. The beds were comfortable enough for our stay. We only needed to stay one night, as we were headed home from across the country, so we didn't take advantage of anything besides sleeping.

United States of AmericaThe hallway and room smelled of smoke, I didn’t like that but it was something I could tolerate. Went to take a shower and the tub was stained and looked dirty but smelled of cleaner so I’m guessing it’s just old and needs updating, I decided to pass on the shower when I sat on the toilet and got attacked by ants. Again not ideal and I saw what the staff was doing when I checked in so I went to the store and got ant spray. I was booked for another night but decided to cancel it since I didn’t want to shower there and ants were all over the bathroom. Went to lay down and found an ant in my bed. I expect more from a holiday inn. I wasn’t staying at a $40 a night super 8 this was over $150 a night!!
The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. They were dealing with multiple issues with rooms and trying their best to accommodate.
