Wasn’t able to get early check in the day of my arrival, but I’m sure they were fully booked. Elevator is very slow lol. Took the stairs instead. Neither were a big deal- and not a deal breaker- Just a few facts- lol

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Pool was nice and warm- perfect spot- could relax after attending an all day work seminar!! Offered late check out for only $25. Also, Hennessy Bar in-front of the building had great dinners at cheap prices (and we don’t drink)

Room is spacious with a lot of storage space. The fridge and pantry are very helpful for families.

It was a bit pricey for me and I ended up leaving for a less expensive hotel further north. View from room wasn't great. But otherwise no complaints.

Location was next to a bar which got a bit noisy outside the night I arrived. Room was nice, glad it had a microwave and fridge. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was better than I expected. All the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful.

Wasnt anything that we didnt really dislike about the hotel, will stay there again next year same time of the year as it was clean, safe and professional.

Hotel is superb! Done up since I stayed there last year, didnt actually realise until we were leaving there is a small pool but very clean hotel, pillows superb, and the new gym excellent but could do with a cable machine and a little less cardio but all and all, great stay, breakfast does what it needs to and staff friendly and obliging.

At breakfast the handles of the tongs were touching the food…a super germ spreader. I chose the wrapped muffin & yogurt instead.Perhaps larger tongs would eliminate this problem.

I liked that the property was very cleaned and it smelled good. I liked that breakfast was served for the guest every morning. I liked that the housekeeper was very detailed when cleaning the room. I liked that it was quiet and no guest was disturbed. I like that the front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely would highly recommend staying at this property again.

My only concern was that the hotel seemed to have an infestation of Sugar Ants at the time of my visit. As I don't mind a couple here and there since I live in FL and aware they exist, but I had to request that my room be switched due to their presence everywhere within the bed sheets, the pillows, drawers, bathroom and all over the kitchenette area. The carpets were also very damp and sticky as I walked barefoot, even while AC was running. Not sure if there was an issue with water getting in from outside due to rainstorms or the AC itself was leaking water unto the carpet. The hotel's small gym was also not available due to construction and there was no vending machines available on your own floor for convenience. You have to walk down do the lobby area by the entrance to purchase confections, food or beverages with the front lobby attendant directly. You also must wait for that One person to be available if they are already busy checking in guests, which I don't feel should be their responsibility. I would also consider having more than just one elevator for all your guests entering and leaving the hotel at different times of the day.

I liked the look of my room as it was spacious, modern in style and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was bright with its granite counters and lighting was very inviting. The shower water pressure was amazing and I liked the set up for the kitchenette area. It provided K- Cup coffee options and a good size microwave and refrigerator to use. I also loved the selection of breakfast available every morning that was included with my stay. It was high quality food and the area was kept very clean. The pool area was small, but inviting. The staff was polite, friendly and accomadating when needed.
