First on the parking lot it look like a pipe was broken and leaking water but hot water so I considerate it’s dangerous for kids.

1. 5 people not enough shampoo 2. Not enough comforters for 5 people and were told they ran out... 3. Dirty blanket, wasn't folded when we got in the room, towels had make up stains... 4. TV remote didn't work 5. Thin walls, neighbors were fighting all night... No sleep...

A tent in lobby explaining the $5 fee for deposit. Not enough HOT water for 1 person make it through a short shower. Filthy floors, crunchy bed, dirty walls, leaking bathtub faucet, no tissues, key expired next day had to "verify" day 2 to use room. No maid service btwn days unless that of course was on the tent at check in as well. We initially tried to look over the things we didn't like. But the $5 fee for the mandatory deposit and the fact that the tent in the lobby was the only indication of this is what prompted my honest response.

It was close to attractions. Restaurants on either side were nice and reasonably priced. You did feel safe in the hotel.

They tell you there is a $50 room deposit which is mentioned on the Booking.com site however when they charge your card, you are charged $55. When I inquired about the extra $5 they told me it was a convenience fee (which they should have mentioned when I said I would pay the $50 by card). They literally just charge the extra $5 as if you won't notice and they do not return it, only the $50 comes back to your card. The bathtub had a few hairs in it which I cleaned myself and some rust stains which weren't visually appealing but nothing to panic about. The A/C unit was rather loud but not unbearable. A couple of times people were sitting on the hotel steps smoking cigarettes, despite there being designated smoking areas away from the steps. On my checkout day, a guy was in the hall on the phone talking about dope money, smh. Overall it was decent but not the most grandiose hotel I've ever stayed at. This place is good for a short stay at best.

The property was decent for the price. The room was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The grounds were decently kept and they offered snacks and drinks for sale in the lobby. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Close to restaurants and convenience stores which is a plus. Some reviews mention issues with hot water but the hot water worked fine during my stay. It's not the Ritz, but you get what you pay for. I'm not sure what some travelers expected. I would stay again for another short weekend trip.

Room felt dirty. The pullout couch was gross and we had to request new sheets for it. Asked to check out at 1130 instead of 11 and they said we had to pay an extra $20.

The cleanliness of the rooms. When I entered into the room the first night, I had to kill a cock roach. I asked to change my room and my only other option was worst than the room I had. I just ended up staying in the room we had. I was told that someone would come and clean the room the next day, and no one ever did.

The shower had an empty shampoo bottle and a used bar of soap in it. The toilet seat was dirty and the big mirror on the wall was a mess. The nightstand was dirty and I had a roach crawling up on it for a good part of the night.

The bed was amazing, and for only having 1 setting the shower was pretty great.

Crumbs on floor, sliding door look to have black mood from not being cleaned in over 6 months, cigarette burns on sheets, chair and couches had tons of stains. Gave us one towel for a family of five, no batteries for remotes.
