I left something behind and called a few times and no one got back to me ! Very upsetting

The furniture was very old, and the electrical plugs in the room were not well distributed, as there was no plug next to the bed, and the electrical plugs also came out of their places, which is very dangerous, especially if you have children. The employee, Migali, followed me out of the hotel and brought a security man with her under the pretext that photography is forbidden in the hotel because it is "private property" however the hotel pictures available in Booking website !!!! . I respect the laws, but as a tourist and not a citizen, this makes me not familiar with the laws. I felt terrified and surprised by this behavior when i saw the man with her (why bring man with her !!! ) . The hotel could have mentioned this policy in the hotel’s rules when Booking site before make any one reservation to be aware regarding policy of hotel ,,,,,,,,,,, also the same employee Migali, when I check out the hotel, I found her at the reception and she was not smiling at all. This is not a good way to deal with hotel guests. The location of the hotel was very far from New York, so I had to book it because all New York hotels are expensive. The pictures of the hotel room on the Booking website were beautiful, but I was given a completely different room!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionist, Colin, was very nice and smiling, and he tried to help you with enthusiasm, answering all your questions, and explaining everything to you very kindly. Thank you, Colin. There is also the plumber, I don’t know his name. He was very wonderful and solved the problem of cold water in the bathroom as quickly as possible, and he was smiling.

I would advise that you alternate the breakfast menu. For someone who stays longer, it is quite boring to have the same menu.

Public transportation to New York is close to the hotel. It is in a very quiet location.

Would prefer better lighting, especially in the bathroom. Also, an option for decaf, as well as caffeinated coffee with breakfast. However, neither of these issues were a big deal for us.

Well-appointed room with all the amenities including fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well kept hotel and pleasant, courteous staff members. Excellent breakfast: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, as well as options for cereal and bagel/toast.

Our room did not smell clean & the bed in this room was not comfortable & did seemed like it may have been broken.

We have stayed here previously the location is perfect. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Any requests are typically met.

Solid place in solid condition. Much better than the courtyard Marriott we have stayed in prior, down the road. This place is priced properly, and if you in the area for business, or visiting it’s a great consistent choice. We like clean rooms (no smell), low noise clientele, and safe/ lit parking. This place delivers.

The room had only two places to plug in a device or charger -- too few in this day and age! Other places I stay have more.

Room was advertised on Booking as a two bedroom suite so I figured there were two bedrooms no it is a two room suite with one bedroom which had two beds in the bedroom.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent.

when first arrived the guy at desk ,not friendly.i almost felt like what are you doing here? then on top of that he sent me to a room that was occupied. that sucked.wait for him to apologize.definitely felt he was racist.

i liked the location with restaurant attached to same bldg. room was very cozy equipped with small refrigerator and microwave.the television system was aplus.so yes was well enjoyed. did seem very clean, although the carpet did need replaced.
