Our stay was a quick overnight on the way home from our travels. We booked on an app, arrived 20 minutes later and checked in. The hotel seems to have just been renovated so the elevator coverings were up and the building had a new smell. Something you would expect with new renovation. Our room was extremely clean. We didn’t require much because we only stayed one night. We didn’t eat on the premise because I was looking for for options than what was provided on site so we ate next door. I would highly recommend this location.

Didn't like that there was only one light switch on the outside of the bathroom. There should be one more inside the bathroom as to not disturb the other person sleeping in the bedroom when turning on the light during the night.

It's my new 'go-to' hotel in that area. It's convenient to all areas of interest, airports and major highways. It has very home away from home feel.

The room refrigerator was very small AND inside a cabinet which kept in the heat regardless of the vent holes. Take the refrigerator out of the cabinet and use a larger unit. Also, could have placed a menu to the restaurant included in the room, or at the very least, have a link to the menu. I wanted to visit the restaurant but didn't know what was on the menu and prices.

I was shocked to find that breakfast (or continental breakfast) was not included in my stay! At the price paid I should have been afforded complimenatry breakfast.

Hotel needs to be updated, room was a bit run down. Bathroom had loose toilet paper holder and was too far behind when on the stool.

The heat/ air conditioner was very dirty and unhealthy. There were 2 policeman guarding a room door, a few doors down from me, and 2 more coming in. When I asked if there was a problem, they answered they were checking out a situation. I did not like being charged $35 for "incidentals", when I had paid through Booking.com. Hopefully it will be reversed as I was told. There wasn't a luggage cart available on registering. Didn't like the slow elevators.

Breakfasts were good but slow service. The maid, even without speaking English, was attentive to the ripped shower curtain and replaced it.

The pancakes were undercooked. The bathroom needs a fan. The bed was too high. The room could also use a comfortable chair to sit in.

The room was too warm at night to sleep. Locking the thermostat is not a good option for people that like it cooler. Not a good night's sleep for any of us.

We had 3 people in the room which would have slept 4 for which we paid a supplement. I thought that not including the breakfast for the extra person was a bit mean. Also only being allowed orange juice OR coffee without paying extra.
