The carpet in the room was old & felt damp.

The location was great. The beds were so comfortable & clean. Really nice pool area. A fun bar by the pool. Enjoyed looking at the beach & Gulf from my balcony.

The first floor lobby has an overpowering smell of SEWAGE I.e poop . When I mentioned it to the front desk she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about but it was only there.

The staff that checked me in was not very friendly or helpful didn't explain where my room was where the ice machine was or what all they had to offer on site didn't explain anything the next morning had to speak with a manager that made my stay much better

I don't have any complaints about the property other than an extra pillow and blanket would be nice to have in the room.

Loved having a restaurant and bar on the property. Good band at the bar and had a great time. Staff was attentive and the room was comfortable and clean. I had not stayed at this hotel for many years but was presently surprised. My grandson had a blast at the pool.

The rooms don’t have blackout curtains and it makes it hard for someone to sleep in late while on vacation.Rooms are over priced and then you have to PAY FOR PARKING on the property during your stay is ridiculous.Pretty sure I will book elsewhere in the future

The price and the services. I was charged an extra 60 dollars for a 2 mile ride down to the port when I booked it, and it made it seem like it was included. Then, when I called, it was not so for 1 night, almost 500 dollars, with adding 60 for shuttle, and the breakfast was not that great, and I paid for that 2. It's not exactly worth it. Probably won't stay there for a cruise again.

The workers in the restaurant for breakfast were amazing! Very friendly and happy. They were helpful and cleaned the tables fast so people could sit down. I was extremely thrilled by them.

For the size of the bar, the volume that the band was playing at should have been lower. It was good but really loud.

There were fees for parking the car at the hotel.

I lived that the beach was across from the hotel. We went to the beach at least twice a day. I also liked the kids services the hotel offered.

The pool and pool area was nice but small. At night time, the area outside next to the bar was crowded with kids. Not really an area for adults to relax and enjoy themselves.

The breakfast was good and the towels for the the pool were a nice touch.

There rooms have maintenance issues due to age. They want extra for rooms with a descent view. And they charge for parking even if you’re a hotel guest. Landry’s is a greedy organization.

I didn’t like the really soft pillows. I didn’t like the one elevator per location. I didn’t like that every morning someone text to check on my stay, but didn’t answer my question. I didn’t like that all phone lines were busy when I called from the room. I didn’t like that breakfast was not included in the price. I didn’t like that parking price was not included in the pricing.

I liked the location of the hotel being right across from the beach. I liked the view from my room of the hotel pool or the beach area. I liked that I could see the parking lot area from the back side.
