The front desk clerk wasn't sure how to ck me in because I made the reservation through booking.com. Someone came to help her. It wasn't showing I had paid. Then she found I did but their system wouldn't let them ck me in as if I had. She asked for the card I used. She said that wasn't the 1 I used. I assured her it was. She swiped my card & told the original clerk they had to run my card again & she should be able to take it from there & she left. So now I've paid twice. The clerk made a note on my receipt for the staff to reimburse me the next morning when I ck out bc I was accidentally charged twice. Umm, it was not an accident. At this point, I have to get ready for the concert that starts in 1 1/2 hrs & I want to be early. I take my luggage to the room. There was no curtain in the window. I could dress in the bathroom but I wasn't dealing with it when I got back so I went to the front desk & asked if I could get a curtain or blanket to throw up there, but she transferred us to another room. We take our belongings to the other room which was on a completely different floor. The next morning the clerk didn't know how to do reimburse me so she got someone to help. Again, a lot of confusion. They were talking about how the clerk was switching people to different rooms & not putting it into the system right & she would be written up. They weren't talking directly to me but among themselves including somebody I couldn't see in the room beside them. It seemed to me the original clerk may have been training. I never received an apology, more of it was kind of my fault for not booking through them. I could add more details about the whole thing, but hey, the concert was great & I got my money in a few days. I don't need fancy, but this was definitely not the most pleasant experience.

It was close to the venue of a concert that we were there for.

There was no shower curtain in the shower and no trash can in the room. Went to desk to see if these item could be put in my room. Staff said they would bring them to my room. They did not bring them, so I had to go back to desk after waiting over a hour. Had to hang my own shower curtain, and never received a trash can. Also went to front desk 2 times and no one was there, they were outside taking a smoke break.

It was old. No trash can in room, had go to desk for remote. Had to wait 2 hours to check in. Rooms need to be cleaned.

The entire place has an odor. The smell of Marijuana was everywhere as well as a foul garbage or sour food smell. They cleaned the best they could for not havin enough staff but the place needs care. There's mold throughout the bathroom and on shower curtain but there's also no ventilation in the bathroom which makes it's all wet.

It was cheap and conveniently located to the venue we were in town for and staff was friendly

My room was asaugned to a different person after I'd been there foe 2 days. People tried to enter my room. The smoking of marijuana was horrible . Smelled up the hallway and ar exit door. Had to go retrieve my own clean towels. The general manager was Rude.. accused me of not having this registration. 3 times the staff knocked at my door.. but not with linens.

Lack of cleanliness. 10 years ago this was the nicest place to stay. Perfect loction, staff was super, rooms were comfortable. It has really gone downhill

Price wise A good location. Room wasn't really cleaned or safe..Table fell over on the floor from the base as soon as I walked in and sat my stuff down. I've stayed here several times.. I always need to be moved at least once due to things that should already be there. Walking back and forth to get my own towels because their usually not in the room.

The room I stayed in had not been vacuumed or Swept. There were roaches found everyday. My towels had stains on them(went and bought my own). Shower curtain pole was broken and had stains on it. Crumbs in the chair and drawers. Writing all over the bathroom wall, and kid stickers on almost everything. I felt better with my stay after I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it up. The hotel should really think about updating the appliances and painting. Honestly I didn't wanna ask for anything from staff considering I read the reviews and they were exactly what I had. No house keepers ever stopped by the room either, wasn't sure there was one. I wasn't expecting it to be any different from what I read.

Air Conditioning didn't work, exhaust fan in bathroom ready to fall out of ceiling, constant dope smell in hallways.

Staff responded to maintenance promptly. Location is great.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillow weren't even half a pillow, all three together didn't even make one. The bathroom was dirty. Every time we would leave and come back our room would smell like Marijuana...very disappointed!
