Water flow is very slow, I expect this is to save water, but it takes a lounger to wash off soap so doesn't really save anything, also had to have the water heat on the highest setting just to have a warm shower. Unlikely to stay here again.

We weren’t warned about the renovation on the floor above us. I had a bad night of sleeping and finally dozed off when I was awakened by what felt like the ceiling caving in but it was really renovations taking place above us.

It was in close proximity to our family.

snack shop very limited, no bar or restaurant, no lounge room in fitness center, no minibar in my room, the room had problems in sense of updating, making it more efficient for its primary purpose. There is not very precise information of what exactly you are going to get when you do your reservation, no room nr., no digital image etc

Mostly I liked everything, pleasant and comfortable enough, suitable for long stays, good location in the sense of accessibility to practically everything you need, the place has pool and fitness center

The outside needed to be kept cleaner. Cute area to sit but it was not tidy.

Great location, very comfortable, clean room with a well appointed kitchenette. Best pet friendly hotel we have ever been too. The breakfast selection was great considering COVID! The staff was so helpful and friendly!

Walls were paper thin. Our room was between two families with children. The noise was loud and prevented us from a good nights sleep. I don’t think the children were loud, but it was as if they were in the room w us - we could hear them discuss them movie they just came back from and what they enjoyed about it.

Staff and room were great. Bathroom door was so heavy, I got stuck in the bathroom!

Both luggage carts needs fixing. They don't roll well, and was hard to push it while loaded with my 4 luggages.

I liked how there was one bed and one couch, instead of 2 beds. I liked the look of the room. It was comfortable.

My son says the floors were vibrating as we walked.

Very clean environment, excellent house keeping. Suit docaration and ergonomy was fine. Breakfast satisfied all of my family members :)

The rooms were clean only downside for me was I was unable to open the window as we were a family of 4 in a room and wanted fresh air.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Loved the waffle maker and cakes. The bonus was having a microwave and fridge which made it easier with kids.

The bathroom door in our room was really hard to slide closed. Other than that, everything was great!

We had no complaints!

It’s awesome. They have thought of everything; it’s basically your own little apartment with substantial kitchen and lots of workspaces. All details show evidence of a sensitivity to user needs. We’re now going to be always looking for a “Home2Suites” whenever we’re traveling again. It’s not that expensive even though it feels like it would be.

New hire(rude unknown name)checked me in, but wasn't very thorough and didn't communicate well. I booked with booking.com at a price of $247, when I got to the hotel they charged me $345. When I questioned staff(Stefan), several different answers were given to me, but ultimately no one could help me. I reached out to booking.com and they agreed to refund my money as long as I sent a receipt showing the $345 charge. The day of checkout, the hotel email me receipt depicting only $305 worth of charges. I explained that I required a receipt for the full amount, but they couldn't produce it. I brought the current staffer(Kay) up to date and she too was conflicted and had no consistent answers. She ended up getting the hotel manager(Todd), and he was able to go into the system and see what rate I originally booked at. He refunded my charges and charged me my original rate. I was completely disappointed that all that I had been through could have easily been resolved had they brought in the manager to begin with. I was even more disappointed that the other staffers had so many answers to my questions and they were all lies. One staffer in particular was very rude and kept telling me I was lying. I asked the manager Todd for her name so I could put in a real complaint about her hospitality, but he refused to give it to me, but instead assured me that she had been removed from the front desk. The hotel was very clean and the stay was comfortable, but all the back and forth in regards to my money is what ruined the experience for me.

The room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed that it had a kitchenette set up, because I was traveling with my children.
