You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLack of USB charging points. The view was not a River view as requested and the pull out Bed for my teenage son wasn't made up- I was directed to make it up my self with linen from the wardrobe despite requesting it in advance. Breakfast was poor with little hot food on offer.

United States of America(1) The dishwasher leaked and we reported it to the front desk. We were offered another room but it was already late at night and we were tired so we refused offer. (2) We asked cleaning lady to clean room on our 3rd day as the room was not very clean at the onset and since the dishwasher had leaked. We only got fresh towels. (3) Re valet service - expensive!!! Moreso because it took over an hour to get our car even after following instructions to text early. Best to give an appointed time to bring up car the day before especially during the weekend when hotel is fully booked.
Breakfast was good. Location was good. Love that hotel was a street away from San Fernando Church and walkable to everything. Availed of valet service. Valet and front desk were pleasant and polite. The man at the breakfast who was responsible for cleaning was excellent and had a nice & kind personality.

I do understand it was out of their control. The check in people could have been a tad more friendly. I am a very friendly person. The check out guy was great. Very different than check in.

United States of AmericaIf you have a car, you'll need to use the valet or find alternative parking options in the area. The hotel is combined with Hampton Inn & Suites so that was a little confusing at first arrival. The breakfast layout it a little odd because half of the dining area is for Hampton and other for Home2 Suites but most people I think ended up on the Hampton side because that's where the coffee bar was located.
Home2 Suites has not disappointed us yet. We really enjoyed our stay. The property is located right on the Riverwalk in San Antonio and you can walk down to the Riverwalk from the hotel lobby. The rooms are always well-lit and spacious. The beds are comfortable and there is so much storage.
