United States of AmericaCommon areas were quite cold, but that's a personal preference issue and most people probably wouldn't feel that was an issue. There was some mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling but you could tell they try and keep that clean. They need a fan that is on a timer or stays on. With it hooked up to the light switch many travelers would just turn off the light and not let the fan work efficiently. But, they clean it and tried. I really didnt have an issue with this. The chairs in the room were oversized. Didn't really make sense but, also not really a huge deal. The kids thought they were cool.
The room was huge. It was super comfortable, clean, well appointed. The pool was very nice. The breakfast had lots of options. Location was super convenient. Everyone was very nice. Seemed very updated. The water pressure was amazing

The location was deliberately chosen to be within a short distance of my mother's residence, as visiting her was he principal reason for coming to the US in general and Lynnwood in particular. The staff make the place, in particular the GM Leilani and the front counter staff. Very helpful indeed.

Canadawe stay here a lot and we’re a little dissatisfied with the state of the room when we check in. We had requested a larger room as we have four children. the room it self was a little small (especially for what we paid for). then upon check in all the dishes were still in the dishwasher. and then a ton were missing. the staff were very helpful in fixing that issue. We did request extra pillows and cribs and had to call a few times to get them sent. we also ended up not having any bedding for the pullout bed and had to call about that. overall the cleaning was great but the preparation of the room lacked. the staff were incredibly friendly and the man in housekeeping was so kind and friendly he really made up for the lack.
the property is a perfect location for the purposes of our trip. we went to shop a little and relax a little. it was nice to be so close to so many different places. we love the amenities included in the stay, the pool, Hot Tub, Gym, breakfast and lounge area and coffee and tea. We truly do love staying here and will definitely be back. we also loved the view from our room. the sunset was amazing

United States of AmericaI had a pull out sofa in the room and took me quite a while to figure out how to push the mattress back in so I could sit on the sofa in the morning. It's not easy to put the mattress back in and there aren't any directions on how to do so. It's not a normal sofa bed. And on top of paying for my suite stay there's a parking charge each night. I've stayed in better hotels without the parking fee for every night.

Also the AC unit in the bedroom area made an annoying sound every time the cold air was running and we didnt notice it until we laid down to go to sleep. You could also tell the floor of shower in the pool area hadn't been cleaned in some time.
