The "Breakfast included" was a very minimalist continental breakfast: dry cereal, bread for toasting, coffee. juice, tea, milk for the cereal, very-mini muffins. It is certainly deceiving to say "breakfast included". No maid service or linens unless you trek to the office and find someone to ask. Ice machine did not work. Room phone did not work. Room itself was smallish but ok/comfortable for the price; however no functioning window drapes. Curtains were clipped/taped together to block the window from excessive light and visibility into the room.

The room was available and the "Hotel" (actually it is a motel) was quiet (semi-deserted). It is in a moderately convenient location and appears to be safe and secure (although the hotel itself was a little spooky because of nobody around).

Breakfast was not good. The owner was on top of people while they were eating the "breakfast" he provided. On top of that rushing to remove the bread from the toaster. And was also telling people to clean when they were eating. The pool was disgusting. It was extremely dirty.

The breakfast was really good. We have multiple items but drinks were not refilled. The location is close to the falls. The rooms are simple but clean and tidy. They provide basic needs of stay.

Reception was poor and not courteous. Complimentary breakfast was insufficient and no body was there to address to for any information. We had two pieces of bread on both days. Thats all. You call it as complimentary? I consider it as pits. Sorry, this is the least I can say.

The room smell like food, the bathroom wasn't very clean and the breakfast was really frustrating, despite all the bees flying around us and the food.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it's not close to the falls but there's a lot of fast foods, restaurants, supermarket, and the outlet mall around the hotel.

The room was very small. Not very comfortable for a long stay. But that's something the owner can't change. The included breakfast, however, was very meager. What there was, was of good quality, but there was almost nothing on offer. Just bread, butter, jam, cereal, some fruit, juice, coffee and some cupcakes. A breakfast of pure carbs. Some cheese, hard boiled eggs etc, was very lacking. Maybe you could ask for it, but there was no obvious way of knowing. Quite substandard in comes to other similarly priced hotels.

A very large and comfortable bed and roomy bathroom, at a price which is good value for money.
