Bed was really uncomfortable

I guess someone got kicked out of their room by their girlfriend and they were sleeping in the hallway with their dog and clothes. No one said anything about it. The hallways were dirty too and needed to be vacuumed.

One of the staff members, I believe her name was Cristina or Kristen, she works at the front desk night shift. She was very helpful and nice.

The hallway was dirty. The sink in the room had a slow drain. The fridge leaked on the inside. Hard to get a hold of the front desk from your room. They say you can call down to the front desk to get a dish set brought up, but they made me come get it. The people upstairs must of had kids because there was stomping all night and day.

Staff left me standing at front desk for 10 min, place was filthy, first room wasn't even cleaned yet and was disgusting (had to ask for a new room), new room was clean but could hear neighbors all night long and bed was terrible. Last guests hair still in the shower. Elevators had graffiti in them, old food lying in halls, entire place smelled like pot... should I go on?

There was no toilet paper in the room and the kitchen didn't have any amenities my husband called the front desk after I had purchased some things at the store. They told my husband that you have to ask for them. I think if you rent a room with a kitchen they should offer the supplies when you check in. When he asked for toilet paper the person gave it to me when I asked on my way into the front door from the store she seemed annoyed and maybe over worked or understaffed something was just off at this place and it didn't used to be this way.

unclean in hallway. snow and ice not removed. small towels in entry way rather than anti skid mats made walking in treacherous. my room had no curtains and no tv remote. pot smoke smell throughout.

short staffed, garbage remained in the hall for days, check-in ID requirements were incomprehensible, we were denied check-in for over two hours until i begged the clerk to call an off duty manager, my wife of 52 years, a 71 yo retired architect, did not have an ID, my computer scan of her current unexpired DL was unacceptable. The reason was it was necessary to have a record of all people entering, yet while we were waiting two people were allowed to go visit a guest. There was no rest room in the lobby,

The internet didn't work. The floors were not cleaned. The breakfast was nothing more than a muffin in a plastic bag. And the #1 thing I didn't like is that I was kept awake or woken up by the hotel washing machine next to my room banging around all night.

1. The carpet in the room was dirty. I asked that we get a daily cleaning service which they said they provided at a fee. We didn't mind paying ,but this was not done as there were limited number of house keepers at the hotel. So our room was not cleaned the whole period of our stay. This affected me badly as i now suffered a flu because of the dirty carpet. There was spillage of coffee in the lift which was never cleaned. We waited 3 days before we could get clean towels 2. Some staff at the reception were not friendly. I asked for bus information and the lady who seemed to be too busy told me she had no idea where we could get a bus going to Downtown Seattle. I found that hard to believe. The aircon was very noise. Need to upgrade to modern aircons.
