The rooms aren't exactly clean. I always find signs of a quick clean. The guests are a rougher crowd, making security an issue.

Bathroom door in the room was sticking in the corner so had to get into it to shut and pull hard to get out. Elevator was slow. Smell of pot in the hallways but not in the room.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed was decent. Hot breakfast in the morning. Ac and heat worked wonderful. Floor was not loud.

It had a flat screen tv as advertised but 2012 called and said they want thier small non smart tv back. I stayed at a cheaper hotel about a month ago for a similar business trip and it had a 40in smart tv....

The room is outdated and could use some minor repairs on the shower head, the bathroom door, the depressing decor, the TV has no sound, the wifi wasn't the best, the bedding was a bit dusty, the room could have been a bit more clean.

It smelled like it had been smoked in the building and halls. Advertise there was a breakfast- even had pictures on the window at entrance. it wasn’t what was advertised. it was very poor as it was in a sack with packaged sausage 1/2 sandwich, packaged donut & apple. No choice for non meat eater! The bedspreads had stains on them. Chairs had stains on them. Sink looked like it was shaved in (not clean) and counter top had sticky stuff on it and bathroom floor didn’t appear mopped.

The room that I first was in had a window that wouldn't close so front desk had to switch me to another room. The other room was ok but it was something wrong with the toilet. So they wanted to switch me to another room but I decided to stay since I would have been checking out the very next day

The room was nice and clean and front desk attendants were nice.

The comforters had cigarette burns in them, and the side chair was soiled and in need of cleaning. The tv was very small and had few channels with no movie channels

Due to covid, there was no breakfast. The rooms were clean and quiet. The air conditioning was good. The desk clerk was very helpful and extremely polite. The room was a reasonable price, the beds were comfortable, and the WiFi was fast.

I had my ESA pet with me and within seconds of being in the room she was infested with fleas. I do fleas and tick her every month but she is allergic to the bites. I mean she was INFESTED. They were in her ears also. I was not happy. I don't recommend bringing ur pets/service animals.

there was no breafast. our dog was 20.00 a day. the room has a mildew smell. Only 2 towels when they knew there would be 4 people. We have stayed here a couple of years ago. It was better then than it is now.

It was under major construction. My room was not clean & we had a hole in our window. Got moved to a different room that smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was soaked outside the bathroom and the room was not clean.

I liked the location of the property. It was close to the UD Arena.

Nothing. We couldn't even stay there. They were renovating, and nothing was ever said about that. The roof was leaking, and our room did not even have. Smoke detector. I refused to stay there. I had to find another place at the last minute. At least the hotel did not fight me on giving me my money back. They have no business being open in that condition.

I arrived at 11:30 pm, checked in, went to the room and the key wouldn’t work. Went back to the desk and was told the room was unusable. They had another room, a suite, but I would need to pay for the “upgrade.” The young man at the desk was not “authorized” to put me in that room without additional payment. I had reserved the room through Priceline, thus promised a room, but then they did not keep their promise. I ended up leaving with my son around midnight to find another hotel even though this hotel had open rooms.. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am finished with Quality Inn, never again!
