The room was very musty smelling. Room looked run down. Paint on mirror was peeling. The exterior appearance was much better than the interior

Pillows were too small and were only three for us as a couple (should have been at least 4). We called the reception and they said they were out of pillows. The coffee in the room tasted terrible (Cafe Valet brand). There was visible trash between the sofa and the wall behind. The bathroom sink was taking an hour to drain through. The bedding and the rest of the linen were nice and clean. We are sure that the management would address these issues quickly. We would stay again at Best western hotels again!

Close to the highway. We were only there for 12 hours as we were driving north. Close to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Reasonably priced.

The first impression was ok. The room was clean and comfy.I thought! At the end of the stay I hate that the roaches started coming out. And we had to leave quickly.

Room was perhaps too clean as there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning product. As the booking indicated four people were staying, would have been good service for four towels to already be in the room, rather than have to request additional towels.

Great value for money. Breakfast would have been nice to offer some fresh fruit, but fine as it was given it was included in the room fee. Family enjoyed making waffles. Bult in ISB ports for charging was a pleasant surprise.

As soon as we opened the door, the room smelled; maybe from being closed up, but it smelled, which made us hesitate to walk barefoot on the very dark rug. The bath towels were small to be a true shower-type towel.

Close to 95 south and friendly staff. The breakfast offerings were good as was the food.

There is a giant pothole at the end of the driveway, there was blood on my bed sheets, there was beer left in the fridge, there was no hot water, and the shower curtain was torn.

I liked that it was close to restaurants and gas stations. Also, liked that it has an awning to park my car in case of inclement weather.

Three guest but i ky had two towels. Requested additional towel but housekeeping could not provide it. She needed approval of management. No toilet paper. Bought sone for the room.

Could have been a little cleaner. Sofa bed had crumbs in it & the tub didn't look like it was cleaned at all. I'm glad it was only for 1 night. No bugs tho which was a plus.

Was not aware of remodeling. Room was dreary, and I smell previous smoking. People were allowed to drink and smoke near my room. The pool was not cleared of debris and insects. Had to request an umbrella.

I booked the room for someone and I will have to say that, the rooms are a little dated. The mirror was almost off the wall, the phone didn't work, and there was no breakfast due to the renovation of the kitchen. People should be made aware of that on any booking site, as that was the reason this hotel was chosen. At any rate, it wasn't a horrible stay, but it could have been a little better.

My room wasn’t fully clean, toilet paper was left inside the toilet and one trash can hadn’t been emptied. It’s not that big of a deal. Working a job like this can be overwhelming and that’s just my personal experience from having worked at multiple hotels.

Room smelled like smoke and a dog. Wife needed any iron none available. Only 2 towels in room. Cleanliness could have been better. Chair in room had stains in it not sure what it was.

The availability and location the bed was firm which was good.
