The only issues we had were our dead bolt lock was broken so we notified staff, they were open to fixing it at a time that was convenient but we didnt really mind it. Also our vending machines on our lvl were sold out for things to drink but we just went to the vending g machines on ground level. Other then that nothing major.

Great location for things to do. You can always stay and bring the kids next door for the fun center and the hotel provided a discount voucher. Close by is the Westfield Southcenter shopping and pikes place and even Alki beach are not far out at all. T his is our second time staying here and will definitely be somewhere we plan on booking again. We loved the pool as well as the breakfast you save money on that alone with not having to find somewhere to dine out. Im also a nursing mom so the mini fridge and microwave came in handy for meals as well as being able to store my breast milk without any worries.

The breakfast was free but quality wasn't great. The shower had long black hair all over the wall when I arrived and the ice bucket was too dirty to use.

The overall quality of the room and hotel was great for the price. Great staff and great value. Bed was comfortable and clean. Loved the fridge/microwave area.

Asked for a crib ahead of arrival date, at check in was told I would get one taken up, never got it so when I called for it they said they had none left available. Very frustrating. Also breakfast room could be bigger or have more seating available.

N/A this hotel did the job I needed it to do. But it was on "fun center drive" or something and I didn't pay attention, I think there was a fun park nearby? Lots of kids at the breakfast buffet. A plus if you're a parent, minus if you're a business traveler who doesn't want their wait for breakfast extended by parents guiding small children through the process of deciding what carbs to pick.

Got in on a midnight flight and they had all my checkin info laid out and ready to go. They knew all I'd want is to go to bed as fast as possible.

Breakfast on Sunday was bare minimum. Not even scrambled eggs, just hard boiled. The dining room is quite small for the number of guests. Handicap room was further down the hallway then expected.

Room was very clean. Pool was beautiful. The most beautiful indoor pool I've seen in a hotel. Honestly that was our reason for booking. Staff was very nice. Check in and out super simple.

Room service restaurants need more options. Better pricing. Quit being greedy. Coffee maker in the room shot out hot steam over and over, and filled half my cup maybe.

Ordered room service because continental breakfast was not good, ordered “diner food” didn’t realize its from Dennys. Paid $54 for breakfast and fruit for myself and a side?! It was horrible, small portions, and arrived cold. Since when does Dennys cost anywhere near $54 for one person??

Elevator broken for an extended period of time. We stayed twice with one week between visits and the elevator was broken both times. Ordered food from their off site “room service” it took over an hour to arrive and was cold.

The pool area had a VERY loud air vent that made it almost impossible to enjoy the space.

The rooms are great especially if you get one with a single queen bed. They come with couches, benches, and a microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast is excellent but there wasn’t any no gluten free/dairy free options available. But I also forgot to ask beforehand. The pool area is very shallow and is a gradual slope, making it a great place for younger kids to use. The pillows are the best I’ve had in a hotel yet.

The carpet in the room was horribly stained and should have been replaced. The TV did not work and the breakfast was pretty poor with paper/disposable plates, cutlery and cups. The cost per night was very steep - for this amount of money you would expect a far better level of facilities.

Check in Process was easy - staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was conveniently located for SEATAC airport and the hotel provided a friendly shuttle service to and from the airport. This was also the only hotel nearby to SEATAC that allowed the parking of our hired RV overnight prior to it's return.

Waiting hours to check in while others who showed up hours after us got right in. Was coming in from a cruise and got there early I knew a room wouldn’t be available immediately but when others came in got a room immediately it was frustrating. Waited 8 hours for a room. For the 500 we spent at the hotel day before and day after cruise I felt they could have been more accommodating.

There were places in the room where I could tell housekeeping hadn't cleaned properly, such as handprints on the headboards and spills down the front on the cupboards/dresser. The info binder in the room stated that the front desk offered cookies from 5-7pm each night during the week and none were offered during those times. We checked several times. If you don't offer a certain amenity, then remove it from the 'amenities' portion of the binder.

Loved the location! The breakfast area was nice and the offerings for breakfast were tasty. The breakfast hours were great too! The pool was perfect! The rooms were spacious and pretty sound proof. The beds were clean and no trace of mold or anything yucky in the bathroom or room in general.
