I felt like I was going to get robbed when I was taking our things to our room. There were a few guys that would come over it of there room every time I went down and watched me. I was making sure I didn’t leave anything and I found someone dentures behind the nightstand.

When we checked In the staff were very nice and accommodating.

It was a bit uncomfortable and dirty. Loud noises at night from homeless and could hear the people above walking around and making the ceiling creak.

It was in a relatively convenient location next to shops and public transport. Easy to check in too

The bathroom door did not lock. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom from whomever had the room before us. The room reeked of cigarettes. We went out to dinner and when we came back neither of our keywords worked. And the door ended up being broken so only one of us could leave the room at a time.

The overnight staff were really nice and pleasant. They definitely helped make the stay better. Emily and the other overnight staff person on site were really friendly and kind and did their best for us.

The room smelled like smoke even though it’s a non-smoking facility, and the traffic noise is very loud. I also didn’t like that there was no coffee available in the room or lobby.

Lack of garbage cans. The clerk put me on 3rd floor after I mentioned being handicap. Senior discount was denied. Found drugs in roll of toilet paper, gave to police (oxytocin). My room as well as most of them smelled of Marijuana extremely, told nothing to do about it.

Convenient mini kitchen. Comfortable bed. Shower was so-so.

The outside of the hotel looked so old and smelly..the rooms smelly like cigarette . Old rooms. the outside needs a total makeover, especially the landscaping. TOO Expensive for that poor quality of a hotel.

I didn’t like not being able to get a refund for the room nobody stayed in due to my partner buying this room, as a “surprise” but then she got mad at me for working late and didn’t even cancel it or let me know about it at all. By the time I found the receipts and emails, it was past the point of qualifying to refund. I’m struggling to make ends meet and this is a whole week of food to me.

I like that a staff member told me to call a manager about my partner buying this room while she had my phone and access to my cash app debit card.

room was good and fridge was clean,but I guess nobody ever cleaned the doors of the little kitchen or the phone in zhe room. I did not want to touch the phone, but I had to, because my sim card is only good for data. I had to phone the Wifi company myself to find out and repair Wifi in my room. The desk lady told me, that most people have problems with the wifi and cannot connect. I asked her, if she can phone for me, because I am a tourist and might not understand well, but she refused and said, she is not good in technic...what??? I is her job I think...not mine!!! She should spend her time on this problem and not me!!! Not a good business behavior

The room wasn't very clean nor did I have any pillow cases for my pillows. The poor receptionist only person on duty. Had to run me up pillow cases and leave the desk and attended. Don't think that's very exceptable.

Way too small, shabby, no dishes or utensils in very basic kitchenette. TV only got 6 channels. WiFi didn't work. Was charge $50 for safety deposit. We got two straight chairs with a small table. This was the only seat to watch TV or for reading. Very uncomfortable! Low rent area

check in was 3:00. I didn’t get into my room until after 5:00 because it hadn’t been cleaned. the facility was showing its age. the tv was very small and placed way off center from the bed. I decided not to even try to watch it.

The property was run down. The elevator was disgusting someone urinate in it. Told front office didn't get cleaned. My sheets had like someone toenail on it. So I bought my own sheets and blankets to sleep on. Easy enough if all your doing is sleeping there. But anything more its uncomfortable cause I had to wipe my rooms down with lysol wipes and clorox wipes. To feel clean. Like that the floors was wooden.

Reserved room with 2 beds for myself and my 2 kids, 14 and 10. When we arrived we were told that we were split into 2 rooms because 1 room with 2 beds was not available. We ended up sleeping in one room - 3 people on 1 queen bed because my child was not comfortable to be sleeping by herself- there were some homeless people camping outside nearby. I ended up sleeping on the floor, barely slept.

Not really their fault but it was quite a walk to get to my suite from the parking lot with heavy suitcases because it was right in the middle of both staircases which are on either extreme end of a long stretch of hotel rooms.

I didn't have breakfast so I'm not sure what that's about? I did like the fact that it had appliances so you can save some money as opposed to dining out all the time on the road!

It was a marginal room, bed, 2 small pillows, thin walls (heard the bed moans from the next room at 2:30 in morning) If you were living there for long it would feel like a prison cell! And the price for 1 night was ridiculous!

We had to wait almost an hour past check in time to get our room. They provided no soap on the room so they gave us extra shampoo to use instead of soap. Where cleanliness is vital for everyone due to covid not providing soap to wash your hands is not acceptable. The window would not close completely due to the screen being broken so we could smell marijuana that people were smoking on the balcony. Ambulance and fire truck came to hotel and staff in office had no clue why and did not seemed concerned. The area was run down including the parking lot and the hotel making it feel unsafe. I stayed here last year and the environment was not like this. The hotel now feels more like a dump due to what we observed and for $200.00 a night you expected better.

The staff was curious and the bed comfortable and clean. The room was clean.
