You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI can't talk about much since it was only one night, but many things can change so that other people don't even think the same. The employee was super attentive all the time, now I think you should have more employees attentive to cleaning both in the rooms and the external area. It seemed to me that it was more of a residential area than a hotel since many people crowded into the parking lot, most of them children. You should have a play area outside the main entrance of the hotel. It would help you a lot in appearance

United States of AmericaThe vending machine stole 2 dollars from me counter person was absolutely no help offered no help to resolve the problem. The elevator always had trash in it and the door closes way to quickly. No smoking signs everywhere but I could always smell smoke including weed smoke in the hallways.
I liked that the room came with full size refrigerator with freezer and microwave and stove top . the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room has decent soundproofing couldn't here much noise coming from surrounding rooms or hallway.The air conditioning works very well kept room cool even during 100+ degree days
