The hotel was filthy. Our room had cockroaches so bad we left our bags in the car & showered before we left. The manager doesn’t even understand why roaches are an issue.

They let us check in late.

It said it was refurbished but just looked like new flooring was added. The free breakfast was very limited.

The room was not clean. A lighter was left on the counter. There were no towels in the room except a wash cloth. The bottle of conditioner looked like it had been used. It was uncomfortable.

the continental breakfast is a joke. Do better please. Some bacon, eggs or sausage with waffle would be amazing A guest had their work truck broken into and the front desk was absolutely no help. My room stank of cigarettes and could hear every car that passed by, To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I would rather sleep in my car overnight before I stay there again.

Road noise. A/C made strange noises. Cigarette smoke smell. Not that easy to get to with road construction and odd exit configuration. Maps ALWAYS takes you to the middle of nowhere, obviously many instances of the same address in Waterbury.

It would be nice to have sausage or eggs with breakfast. If the tv pivoted on hinge it would be good for when your soaking in the tub. The stair ways can have better lighting

People having a barbeque outside their room, there was a party all night with loud noises, someone smoked a cigarette on the hood of my car leaving ashes and their cigarette to burn out. NEVER AGAIN. I still have not received my deposit.

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke, so we were moved, grudgingly! The hotel is difficult to reach & few restaurants nearby. Breakfast was deplorable!! We went to McD's, instead. The Desk Clerk stated that all they are allowed to serve is cereal & waffles. No eggs & bacon, no bread of any kind, no fruit & the worst coffee EVER!! He said that was an order from Choice Hotels, & hotels in the North can't afford the same amenities as in the South, because everything costs more. That is all a lie!! We definitely won't be back here!

There was someone doing burnouts around my vehicle, almost hitting it multiple times. It took 2 times for this person to return to do burnouts before cops came. Then a fist fight broke out in front of our room that then spilled over into the office area. Yet again cops came. My sister and I were told we would be refunded (we left due to safety concerns) but when I called to confirm it the next day, they refused to refund me and my sister. The guy was very curt over the phone. Never going to stay here again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!

it smelt like a combination of cigarettes and weed. people smoked outside the rooms. cigarette burns in the blankets in a NONSMOKING room. mold in shower, hole in wall. cops were called because a group of people were fighting and doing donuts I. the parking lot. my car was a foot away from being hit. was told I’d get a refund then the next day they said they won’t give one. I left 11-12 at night and had to drive all the way home to PA 3 hrs away.

We booked and arrived 2 hours after booking. Went to the room and it smelled like cigarettes and the smell was in the pillows and towels. I went back to the office immediately and asked if they had a different room because of smell and my reply was that they were booked. I went on line to book again and 5 rooms were available. The bathtub did not drain when I showered, the sink didn’t drain properly either. Mold around the tub chalk. We heard traffic from interstate all night long which probably would not of bothered us that much if we weren’t woken up by people talking, knocking on doors etc.I will not spend it here again.

Really hard to find, GPS couldn’t find it, awkward to enter parking lot especially with an RV. Beds were not changed, sheets full of hair.
