Window ledge was a sticky mess. Carpet was probably vacuumed however it felt VERY filthy and awful on bare feet. No room maid service without asking. TV controls were extremely awkward as it requires two controls. There are NO instructions and we had to call for help. Ice machine on floor 3 was NOT working. There were plug in outlets on the lamps, but NO USB outlets. When plugging in an adaptor to outlets, the outlets themself pull out of the lamps exposing the wire contacts. VERY hazardous!

not clean, run down. we went to open the pull out bed for my son and it was filled with crumbs from old food, ramen noodles, old grades, candy wrappers. a crunch up white substance that made me feel questionable. we went to go swimming and stopped to ask front desk to clean it and set it up while we swim (needed bedding) was handed the vacuum and a pile of linens. the room doesn’t have a phone to call front desk. attempted to call on my own phone. they don’t answer. so we just walked down there. I know hiring is difficult right now, especially in Portland.

easy to get to from the highway. we played at Dave and busters which was only a 5 min drive away

Didn't feel safe. Door to outside didn't lock. Pool was ice cold. Homeless people sitting inside and outside in parking lot. When checking out front desk was not around.

Very nice front desk when we arrived and close by where we wanted.

Curb appeal wasn't that great. There was garbage all over the place. Swimming pool lighting was pretty bad. Really dark.

The Elevator is broken and my sink handle broke off. The staff seemed to be dealing with a lot and although helpful it seemed to take a long time to ask questions.

there was chicken alfredo still in our microwave in our room and it's just ran down and not very clean like the pool area and the back patio haven't been cleaned in months and the main lobby bathroom had a major water explosion and and should have been blocked off due to the light fixtures broken all over the floor etc etc

Rooms uncomfortably warm, or uncomfortably cold. Pillows very lumpy and flat. Breakfast options very boring. Staff was mostly unhelpful.

The hallways and stairs smelled. The stairs needed a good vacuuming. Wallpaper was peeling off in our bathroom. The entry light was out.when we walked into the room (they replaced it next day). It wasn't worth the price I paid for two nights.

The elevator smelled like a wet dirty dog and locker room gym socks and dirty inside, room had potato chips along side of the night stand.. Was definitely not worth what we paid.

Didn't find out about charge for dogs until I got to the motel. Far to much noise all night long. Very difficult to sleep. Alot of people that weren't stay there outside in smoking area. Tried to follow us in when we opened the door. No key card of their own.

We have stayed here many times and the last few times it has not been pleasant...this is the LAST time we are going to be here....I have attached pictures. They do have a smoking area but they don't enforce where people smoke...you have to walk through people smoking in the parking lot, by the front door, disgusting. No maid service for 2 days, front desk had no clue..that's happened the last 2x we have stayed here. So much moisture in the room there is condescension on the window. Bathroom is disgusting. It is a good hotel chain, but this location is BAD. We have NEVER had to put a parking pass in the window of our car to stay here. They should hire a security guard clientele has gone way down. I took more photos and sent them to to corporate office but couldn't post all of them...

The room safe was broken. Guy at the front desk said they all are. The pools looks cloudy. I thought I saw gobs of hair at the bottom, but it was just chipped paint. The sauna was broken and the jacuzzi was barely warm. Spas are supposed to be heated to around 105 and this one wasn't even 100. I asked if they could raise the temperature, but evidently that wasn't possible either. The place has potential but it needs a renovation. Another guest commented that the lobby and hall smells "weird". I thought that was my imagination, but I guess I wasn't the only one to notice. It must be tough to run a hotel with all the competition from air B&B's nowadays. But they need to try harder.

This was my third stay at the hotel. The other two times were during the pandemic so I didn't have a chance to use the amenities. I was looking forward to using them
