The property was not updated nor was it clean. the staff was rude and unbothered when it came to complaints of smoke and noise in the hallways. it took them 2 hours to check us into a dirty room then act like there was absolutely no rooms left to switch to and nobody to clean the existing room. I had to run to get cleaning supplies and clean my own room. it was horrible and to top it off the heat didn’t work and it was a cold weekend.

the first room was terrible the bathroom wasn’t clean. the sheet had a stain and I saw a bug. Also the staff was very rude when I said my concerns.

Very unclean. Windows on first floor room were unlocked and difficult to lock (one was broken). Smells from outside and other rooms/hallway seeped into the room. Felt unsafe.

I didnt like that the TV was broke, person at the front desk didnt answer the phone to fix it, no heat cold air only, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged up and again no one answers the front desk,

The moldy and mildew smell in the room. I understand about being under staff...especially with covid. But the mildew and moldey smell im not willing to by pass. I even left my disenfect in the room.

Everything the room, the price for the room the facility,. The windows in the room weren't put in correct which left gaps air came thru. Heat was put on to high to keeo the room from being cold (it's a snow storm out 19 degrees)

First off, the keys they gave me did not work. A worker had to open for whenever I need to go out and come back in, they could fix the keys. Secondly, I ask for non smoke but the whole 3rd floor smells like a drug pen. It was smoke smell everywhere. The building had gas smell from the outside also.

The room was thick with the smell of cigarette smoke. The furniture was broken, The carpet was so dirty and heavily stained, Lastly, the bathtub was left with water in it so it was full of gnats and I had to clean it first to use it.

The ac unit was leaking on the floor, it didn’t run correctly the room got hit than cold, there was no phone in the room, the floor was filthy that my feet got very dirty, there were wrappers and stuff from the previous person(s) I didn’t like I had to pay for parking in their lot

The refrigerator didn’t keep any of my things cold. Em 206. The AC was eh. This is the only extended stay to charge so much money for parking and then charge so much money for rooms. The deposit of $100 if overkill I’ve never paid anything over $50. Too many hidden fees like the $100 deposit and having to pay for parking all should be told up front. If I had known that I wouldn’t have stayed there and wasted my money

It provided me with the usually seeing I always stay at extended stays when I travel.

EVERYTHING! The pictures online where no WAY NEAR what it was!! It was a dump!! Disgusting! Smelled like weed as soon as you walked in Lobby. Lobby ceiling leaking, smelled moldy, Room gross!! Stains all over carpet . Room was on fist floor , curtain pull was broke, couldn't slid all the way. BATHROOM GROSS!! Sink clogged up almost over flowing w/hair and god only knows what else. Bath tub nasty , as much as you paid a night ,there wasn't even any complimentary soaps ,shampoo, conditioner and no soap to even wash your hands after using the bathroom, paint coming off walls. Phone didn't work (when trying to call front desk about the issue. TV a joke very small. Was not told about paying a $100 deposit (not online anywhere in the booking info/details) had to pay for parking (ridiculous) no buffet breakfast like advertised on site(said it was a grab in go) didn't see any area for that to even be(wouldn't have taken it anyway , probably moldy and roach infested ) .Paying about $300 per night, that should be a TOP notch place.. Would never ever recommend anyone to stay at that location or any others (Could only imagine how the others looked and were ran!! I wouldn't even let me dog stay in that nasty ass place! We came up for a softball Tournament from MD , drove over 2 hrs ,sat at a field for 10hrs ,wanted to come to hotel shower and sleep being we had to be at the field next morning at 6:30am couldn't do that!!!All other places where booked . Have to drive back home to sleep just to get up 3hr later to leave again. ABSOLUTLY unacceptable!! Front desk offered full refund which I gladly accepted. We did ask if another room(hoping that one would be available and at least able to sleep) NOPE that wasn't even an option . Was rushed basically out the door so they "Could rent it out "

Went to check in at 3 and told I had to wait until 3:30 which ruined our traveling plans. Angie at the front desk was beyond rude on the phone and in person. We were provided two pillows in our room and called down for more and never got a call back. The room was also left filthy with confetti from a previous guest and smelled like weed. No comforter in the room and just a sheet.

Nothing, it was a bad experience from check in to check out.
