Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Ice machine was nice but would like one on the second floor. Tough walk upstairs with large luggage, maybe a luggage lift. Not much to not like, everything was great.
Room was clean, comfortable, smelled nice and warm. Located close to Convention center, a 20min walk for me but I walk slow. Bathroom was great, good shower, water pressure and lighting. Nice big mirror. Bed was comfortable, AC/Heater unit worked quick and effective. Refrigerator was good. Very affordable room for short convention goers.

The only improvement would be more inside seating for breakfast but don't know where they would put it.
The room was nice and clean,it was suppose to be housekeeping on request but when we came back to our room the garbage had been emptied and there were clean towels, a nice surprise. Breakfast is good but the eggs and sausage could have been hotter.

My room was on the road side, so the traffic noise was noticeable during the night, but a room away from the road should resolve this issue.
I had no expections of it being a super hotel, but was pleasantly surprised at the very helpful and friendly staff, the size and cleanliness of my room, the free breakfast and the short walking distance to the Convention Centre.

The pillows
You can't beat the value for proximity to Disneyland, free parking and breakfast. It is an older property, but it is clean and the staff is excellent!

Seems petty but there are no places to hang wet towels if you wish to use again in the bathroom area. The lamps had various outlets for charging stations but they all didn’t work. The tv stations availble were extremely limited.
Free and ample parking was a terrific feature. Varied nutritional breakfast was available. Inside seating was limited during ‘rush’ time but outside seating was available in a well maintained whimsical garden area.

Would definitely like to see more options in the breakfast area. Parking is a bit tight but doable. Bathroom was ok.
I really enjoyed the location of how close it was to the theme parks. Would say a good 10-15min walk. Breakfast was ok, a quick on your go type. The room felt comfortable and well kept.

The AC was very loud and the insulation was a little light. The bed was comfy but warm room and a little noisy with neighbors.
Staff was super friendly and the property was very clean. Convenient location and free breakfast. Comfortable bed and furniture.

Rooms were a little dated but spotless and they are in the process of renovating so not really an issue.
Clean good sized room and bathroom with plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower, towels changed and rubbish collected each day and could ask for full service if before 11am. Spotless pool area with extra towels, and outdoor tables where we could eat breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast included with plenty of food and topped up during breakfast and also had low fat milk. Free parking included. Close to restaurants and walking distance to Disneyland. We were there during the Hurricane Hillary and staff went out of their way to secure an additional night with cancellation at no charge if our flights were cancelled. Washing machine and dryer available. Reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Disneyland.

I got bit by a spider while sleeping, and there was a dead roach waiting for us when we got in the room.
The location is perfect for visiting Disneyand being able to walk there and back. The breakfast was mid, but it definitely added value.
