We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI would have preferred a handicap room. There was only one in a hotel with three floors. The bathroom should have at least grab bars. The commode was very low, suitable for children. The breakfast room was closed and there was only one table in the lobby. Outside of bagels, yogurts, coffee and some fruit, there were no muffins or waffles. For $200+ a night, I expected more or at least an explanation for the meager offerings.
The rooms were very clean.

United StatesThere was noise that we could not figure out. Sounded like low humming or drum beat every night off and on. Beds were very hard and left us sore by morning. Difficult to sleep because of noise and bed.
Did not go to breakfast, shut down to early. Staff was very nice and room was cleaned and restocked with fresh towels every day. Price was good and location worked for us. We would stay again on next trip.

United StatesI arrived earlier, the woman at the reception told me to come back at 3pm and did not allow me to wait in the hotel lobby. I had to be outside, it was very cold. This made me uncomfortable. Is this really the hotel's policy? This is the first time I encountered this. They don't value their guests!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, and a good deal for the price. It was a little outdated, and some of the furniture a bit roughed up, but it was clean and comfortable.
