Kinda run down little property….. don’t mean to be hurtful….. probably a good value…..room was spacious….but was but sparse.

The place was kind of smelling like weed. There were a guy that kept on smoking in front of people’s room. What they provide isn’t breakfast. The outside was kind of scary especially at night. And the phone in the room wasn’t working

The building felt “used” and old. While it’s understandable that buildings get greasy usage…many cleaning needs get overlooked. Walls near elevators and high traffic areas are dirty. Carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed..this place did not bring me comfort away from home. It was evident also that there were tenants living on the property. The window ledges were full of personal affects and gave more of an apartment complex feeling.

This place is an extended stay. That ones I’ve previously stayed in had dishes in the rooms available to me. We were not notified that we needed to go to the office to ask for them. There was no note or communication from the front desk.

Hallways were dirty, 'breakfast' was a snack at best. Room needs upgraded.

Needs an overhaul. But the room was good enough. People out front smoking marijuana was not what we wanted, but I guess that is the Seattle area these days.

We stayed in pet friendly room. But the back was not at all clean. It was littered with trash and pet waste.

The breakfast was not very good, not what was expected when they said breakfast. Trash can under the sink had not been emptied, room was not made up while I was out. Additionally, it seemed there were some homeless people and families staying there and some questionable people lurking about.

Continuing what I was saying just above, I was initially placed in a room in which the smoke detector battery apparently was running down. It was between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. and the beeping of the machine was intolerable, so I called and Edward was able to break away in about 15 minutes (apparently, he was working alone at the desk), informed me that there as not new battery and took me to a new room. About a half hour later as I prepared for bed, I found that there were no bath towels (only hand and face towels) at which point I quit preparing for bed and went down to the front desk, informed him of the problem, and he was most apologetic and immediately sought out and gave me a full complement of towels. So, in sum, I very much appreciated his excellent work. On the other hand, these three problems (i.e., a beeping , absence of a battery necessitating a change of rooms, and the towel problem) led to the low marks (see above) I have given on my overall experience. I liked both the front dest workers. I do not remember the somewhat unusual name of the nice lady who checked me out. The person who checked me in Friday evening was named Edward and he did a bang-up job of helping me with the problems that I incurred.

understaffed-WHY is Alisha (Alicia) running around and checking EVERYTHING? I waited 40 minutes to check in while she had to check rooms to be sure they have been cleaned? Alisha is amazing, give her a raise, she handled everyone and everything like a PRO.

I ended up at this hotel after my flight was canceled at Sea Tac. The first thing I noticed was the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was kind of grungy and the television didn’t work at all. The bed, however, was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was nowhere to be seen. It was not mentioned at check in and when I looked for it in the morning I could not find it.

The time span that they cleaned your room. Paying 100.00 dollars a day I should not have to take my towels and sheets to the front counter if I waned service before the scheduled day.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Blair, John and one other Black Young Lady she was light brown and worked the morning shift

Bed BUGS!!!!!!!!!!

They have bed bugs!!!!!!! Bed was absolutely miserable. It was old and springs pushed up all over. Horrible.
