Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

How loud the toilet flushes, the fact that I was greated by dead fly on the window sill, a live one in the bathroom and hair from previous guest in the tub, also under the chair seat by the bed an old keycard and bottle caps was just sitting there in clear view.
Breakfast was fine, hotel was very close to my destination.

The bathroom was old and worn. There were cracked tiles on the floor, which someone could cut his feet on if not careful. The light over the sink didn't turn on and the water was cold
The location is good and the beds were comfortable .

I’m aware that I wasn’t going for a high-end hotel; I’m noting these points to be helpful for other travelers. Not sure what was up but the lamps would stop working at a certain point during the night. Curtain fixture was coming off the wall and installed in a way that made shutting the curtains completely a bit difficult but I figured it out. Sad shower and thin-ish walls. Unstable internet and TV, so grab a book or magazine and detox from screens!
Staff were friendly and smiley, check-out was quick and easy, and being in between North Adams and Williamstown was what I needed for the trip. Walgreens, dining options, and a dispensary across the road was nice too. Didn’t get breakfast but they have free continental breakfast.

I wish the lamps had USB plugs because I forgot to bring a wall plug since I am so accustomed to hotels having the lamps with the USB. These lamps actually had old fashioned phone jack plugs which I found funny. I understand some of the decor is slightly outdated but that doesn't bother me as long as it's clean. Which it was very clean!
Very friendly and helpful staff when I had some issues with my key card. Room was very clean

I had sent a message on Booking.com a couple of days before the trip & never got a response. It all worked out, but I just wish they had responded timely.

The place is rundown. Our toilet lid was cracked and glued together. There were electrical sockets coming out of the wall and the duvet cover was so worn it had small holes in it. The mattress sunken. The owners have made some recent cosmetic changes but the whole place needs an upgrade - especially the mattresses and the infrastructure.
The property was extremely convenient and the staff were very kind and helpful. With the exception of the bed, the furniture was nice solid wood.

the rate for a week was a little crazy, saved money by using booking.com
Loved the cleaning lady whom is the only staff member we really saw. She was exceptional and the guests enjoy her bubbly, outgoing personality. She bends over backwards for her guests!!!

A few updates and repairs in the room…Bathroom fan very noisy… Fuel electric outlets… And one wasn’t working well. But overall a well cared for room. Renovations taking place throughout… Central heating was not working… But we were provided with a portable heater that worked very well.
Convenient location. Ground-floor entrance. Cleanliness of room. Tastefully decorated outside for the season. Generous complementary breakfast. And a good value.

The room is very old. Carpet on the floor, old bathroom, and didn't smell very nice. Had to open windows to refresh the air. Mattress were so soft that needed to sleep separetely.
Low price for one night. Good breakfast.
