There was no laundry in the motel which was an issue as we were staying there for 4 nights and travelling light as were visiting from overseas. All of the other similar places had one. Going to a laundromat was an additional 1.5 hrs to be taken out from a busy touristy schedule.

Breakfast was good...the room was confortabl. In general the staff was freindly specially the security people who were responsible for the parking. Big thank you to them. Would return for the location and that parking was provided.

I think the hotel rate was so expensive, but perhaps it was because of its location which was my main reason for choosing it. I just needed a room to stay in each night because I was out most of the day for meetings.

I liked the location of my hotel because it was close to the venue of our meetings. Its location appeared safe during our stay. The room was relatively neat and the hotel had a good set of American breakfast daily.

Big room for a couple with fridge etc. Massive continental breakfast available from 6.00 am if you are an early riser. Friendly staff, clean and safe. The location is good because it is situated near the B line. A bit sketchy by night but that's midtown LA.

The bathroom was very small.

The beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast, good coffee, fruit, crumble eggs, cereals, pancakes....The room for 3 was big enough. 10 minutes driving to Universal Studios.

For breakfast we got cardboard plates and plastic cutlery, which makes the "save the planet by reducing water usage" stickers everywhere look like a bit of a joke. A bit sad to see several bags of trash created every day. The bathroom had an automatic light that could not be turned off permanently, so we got blasted by the light of a thousand suns every time we went there in the night or evening....

Very nice location for getting anywhere touristic quickly. Toiletries provided were pretty high quality and we had a microwave. Breakfast was okay, it offered a nice range of sweet and savoury options and was convenient for sure.

Not sure if the room has thin walls but we could hear when the guests in the room next to ours and also guests in the hallway. The hallway is a little narrow too.

We particularly liked the location. It is a block away from the bus stop and subway station. There is also a CVS a block away. There are several fast food and restaurants nearby. Our room came with free continental breakfast. The room also has a microwave and iron and iron board.

The hallways smelt like cigarette smoke, the breakfast card said that breakfast would go until 10am when they actually close at 9am.

Big bed, clean linen and towels, good breakfast, lovely staff, allowed us to check-out an hour later, easy for Uber to find us, close enough to attractions.

Of staff making us feel like we can afford this hotel space, the breakfast room was a small but the breakfast attendance did a excellent job we even tipped them there was very great, did like also that when we left to go to the conference our bed was made up, and the convenience that it was closer to the conference I did like that part too.

I like the breakfast when you can get in, and other guesses not pushing you in the small space that it is in, it made me uncomfortable that they had all the cameras around, the first day that we arrived I was looking for ice, I wanted to stop rushed up to the floor and told me that the ice machine was on the second floor, it kind of made me uncomfortable because our interaction with this staff member already was uncomfortable when I had arrived and paid for the parking in for our room, in her body language in in her wording that we wouldn't be able to afford this Best Western when I was supposed to be booked at the Hilton

It is better than I expected, the location is very close to K-town and easy to get buses/metro. Our stay included breakfast, and they have plenty of food options which we enjoyed very much!

Internet was rather poor. There was construction on our floor (4th) that we were not told about, we only saw 1 small sign. Shower temperature was hard to handle. One of the two bathroom lights was motion sensored and turned off every 5 seconds. The AC/fan device in our room made occasional loud clicking noises that woke us up. Breakfast location was too small and chaotic.

Parking was affordable (and came with an attendant). Location was walking distance to lots of amenities. Gym was surprisingly spacious and updated. Bathroom seemed new and was clean. There was always coffee and water available in the lobby.
