Housekeepers didn't come around everyday.. Breakfast was not offered. Ice machines not working.

The room was spacious. Glad there was a microwave IN the room. Staff was accommodating. This motel is in close proximity to transportation and shopping

It has a lot of potential, however it’s too dirty and the towels were horrible. But the location was amazing . They also have a mini fridge and a microwave so that was a plus

The overall experience was bad - mold in showers and bedroom, the front desk guy was on his phone yelling at someone the entire time, sketchy party of the area so people walking around trying to ask for food/money, plus we stayed on the first floor and our sliding glass door was unlocked when we got home from dinner… very sketch. This door leads right to the public road, not safe at all. Just spend a little more to stay elsewhere.

The jacuzzi was difficult to enter, and took up too much space in the bathroom. It would be hazardous for a disabled or elderly person, or child to use, and should be removed permanently, replaced with a walk in shower with seat and updated faucet. The pool, breakfast room and fitness room were all off limits to guests, and I would have loved to do some sunbathing and take a dip in the pool area, but it hasn't been open for years. The maids were friendly, and seemed to enjoy working here. The landscaper did an excellent mowing job.

The location accross the road from the King Cullen Supermarket was great, because I could buy all of my food, store it in the small fridge as provided, and eat all of my meals in my room. The bathroom vanity was large enough to do this. I asked to be on the ground floor, so I didn't have to carry my luggage up the stairs, or walk with an injured foot. Having the sliding door was great, and I opened it several times every day to get fresh air into the room.

The TV did not work. The entry door to the floor of rooms did not lock and was a security risk.

The bed was comfortable, but the room smelled musty. The bath was difficult to get into the shower.

when I got to the hotel the lady who was helping me was more busy on a video call and doing my check in at the same time when I just want to go to the room, the room it seems clean but floor was dirty beed sheets with holes the pillows under de cover they are super dirty

I believe the only change the sheets and put clean towels in the room, they don't clean them.

The rooms are not clean, sticky floors, sticky end table. Bathroom faucet filthy. If the room was cleaned, it would be a really nice place.

not very clean… TV not working…. plug for CPAP machine was hard to find… put me on 2 nd floor & no elevator… had to move rooms & still no working tv… bathrooms were dated & worn!

There wasn't a microwave in the room. The tub looks like a sauna but it wasn't operational and no 7-Eleven nearby

The bed was very comfortable the room was a good size. The concierge was accommodating when the card didn't work.

The rooms weren't quite as nice as what the photos on line reflected. The hotel overall needs renovations. The TV and remotes were old and sort've poorly doctored up so that you could use them. The room didn't have a comfy feel to it. The bed was nice and it was clean, just needs to be updated, needs a new TV with one remote. It's okay; fair but slightly below a mid-level hotel.

The management and service were good. Room was clean.

Tub was supposed to be either steam jet but knobs were missing. I couldn't find sockets to charge my phone. The room and hall had a weird funny smell I didn't care for

The sleeping area was fine. The furniture is old and the the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub is very old anbd very deep to enter and exit for older guests. The mural over the bed is odd. It appears they are doing construction we could hear drills and nailing in the morning.

The beds were being held up by wood pieces as if the beds were already broken in the past. They added wood for support but it really made the bed feel uncomfortable

Was a bit run down. Parking lot with several cars that obviously used as storage unit with homeless people belongings living/staying at hotel. Room furniture scattering the parking lot.

Location. Plenty of food stores and restaurants very close.
