There didn't seem to be enough staff. The pool areas were littered with cups and towels at the end of each day. The outside cafe's hours were too short and the walk to the lobby was too long.

Great Family Rooms. Everyone had fun, and it was comfortable. Loved the lazy river and the kids really enjoyed the slides.

Air conditioner is so loud. And outside loud nosing around during whole night. Was ask the front table the water slides closed time, he told me is 8pm. But 7pm at weekdays. My Kids feel that better go to the water park for water fun. Maybe good for small kids.

Staff were not overly welcoming. Poor choice in food without it being a sit down, dress up restaurant. Not ideal for families, as food options didn’t open until 7am.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful sums up that hotel. Absolutely gorgeous hotel and pool was big with water slides and lazy river my kids and I had fun. We paid for a bigger room bc we have a family of 5 and it was expensive! But for obvious reason this is a classy hotel. My only complaint is the cost of renting a daybed there so you can sit down by pool. We rented 2 on accident and it was a PAIN to get my $ back for extra $300 bed I accidentally rented. But part of that was my own fault for not knowing how to cancel the rental online in time but calling to do it was almost impossible. I had given up but they kindly did end up giving me my $ back which I appreciated. But I must have spent a small fortune there and to make it that hard is in my opinion sort of a downgrade for this place in terms of costumer service. Also we went to Joshua tree for day and came back and someone trashed our $300 daybed —without renting it. Which I didn’t complain but will on here. We barely used them bc we were so busy but I had read other reviews saying there’s no seating by pool. Anyways that’s my two cents otherwise great hotel!

The booking.booking.com fee that included "all fees" is not reality. this hotel holds an automatic $200 additional on your card for "iincidentals" at check in, which we did not know about and nearly ruined our vacation. we were prepared only for the booking.com fees as stated on the reservation. I've seen $50-100 dollars at times but did not expect $200.

A great place as far as cleanliness and great pool activities. restaurants are very good as well and reasonably priced.

The pool areas were not properly washed down from one day to the next. The room air-conditioning was not cold. Alcohol drinks were moderately expensive and were small. The resort was nice, but pricey.

The amount of pool choices were great. Loved the lazy river, however it was not wide enough of the large size of groups and pool goers Adult pool was fantastic Staff were great. Friendly, helpful. Check-in line was small and desk well staffed for the busy weekend. The room we had was nice.

I guess the only 2 things I didn't like was that the guests already paid alot for the nightly rate for the room, the most they can do was maybe a free overnight parking for hotel guests or a discounted rate for guests. Also the grab and go/convenience shop was super expensive!

The pool was excellent! it was clean and just as it was on the photos online. The slides were excellent! my girls and I really enjoyed it! The water temperature was comfortable and the pool was clean

The ground around the pools was extremely hot and burned the bottom of our feet, so having more of those blue rugs to walk on would be helpful.

The service at reception on arrival was not great. I had been waiting in line for 10+ minutes to check in when I was finally called forward. I was literally 30 seconds into the check-in process when I was told to move aside as the person behind me in the line was a VIP guest or had some special point membership. So they took priority over me. Not a great experience. Our room was also situated next to the Air Conditioning pump for the building based on the noise that kicked in at 5am and then every 20 mins. This was my very early morning alarm clock and I had to complain about this as the noise was a joke. The manager offered us free breakfast as an apology which was fine, but not ideal when you are meant to be on a relaxing vacation.

We were a party of 5, so we had 2 beds and a pull out sofa bed. Was a little bit tight with us all being in there, but it was fine as a place to sleep. The pools were lovely and the larger pool with slides and the last river were great for the younger kids. Food at the pool was nice too and the kids options were ideal.

No directions to operate the water dispensers that were located all over the property. Had to ask housekeeping for assistance. The assistant(s) for the bike rental were hands off and did not help to get a bike out or in. A bit of a difficult task when in swimwear and flip flops.

Lazy river. ALL staff were great, including housekeeping. Having a fridge in the room and the ability to rent a microwave was great, especially since it was 121 degrees outside during our visit and the ability to reheat my coffee. Kcup pods with the coffee maker was great as well.

The entire hotel was hot. We were there when outside temps grew to 120. There was no escaping the heat, even inside. The first three nights we barely slept because our room was so hot. We woke up drenched in sweat. We called the front desk, each day they said they would send an engineer to come look but nothing was done. It wasn’t until our last night and a lot of yelling from my husband that they finally offered to move us. I wished they would have offered that to us sooner. We only got one good nights sleep.

Breakfast buffet was great. Multiple pool areas and outdoor activity options were excellent. Design of hotel and rooms is very nice and up to date. All of the guys working the valet service were amazingly helpful.

For very simple stuff you should pay a big bucks. Like a bed beside the pool is $300 a day, for dog you pay $150, parking you pay $30 day. Breakfast too pricy ($40 per person)

No restaurant availability. They had a bar in which they said you could order dinner. Unable to do so because it was filled with happy hr people.
