The room we stayed in was in need of a refresher. Broken toilet paper holder, mold/mildew in the shower, etc. Bed “skirts” had some holes in them. Carpet was wet near the window and AC unit…from condensation we think. Basic bottled water being sold at front desk was $4 per bottle during a dangerous heat wave.

Loved the location on the waterfront. Pool was good for the kids. The restaurant was nice and convenient. Dinner was very good but food was on the pricey side for a family…especially the breakfast buffet.

Location was excellent! Very convenient proximity to Liberty Point where we had some food and drinks and to the ferry to cross the river to the amphitheater in Camden! The view from our room was incredible!

It may be ridiculus for you but I been charge $35 dollars each day, for the parking at the hotel. It was a busy saturday night I guess and they were people all night slamming doors next to my room.

The room was very clean, nice view (you will be charge if you want a nice view), the location of the hotel was good, we use the pool and it was clean and had warm water, the beds and pillows were confortable.

Shouldn't have to wait 2 days to have someone at least check your TV. Also, when checking out I explained to the desk clerk that I had prepaid my parking thru a different company and should not be charged for the parking fee. She said okay, no problem. And "Have a nice day!" I had an overwhelming feeling this woman was humoring me, so I asked for a receipt. Low and behold the daily parking fee was on the bill. I immediately went back to the desk. She said she needed to see a receipt which I showed her. She then said it would be taken off and gave me a new receipt, however I am waiting to get the credit card bill because I have a feeling I still might be getting overcharged.

The place was very clean. However, our TV didn't work. At 8pm I went to the front desk and was told they would send someone. Nobody came. Went back to the desk about 2pm the next day. The young lady remembered me and my room number and was very apologetic that Nobody came even tho she said she asked the "engineer " to check it out. Several hours later, as she saw me once again approaching the front desk, she was horrified that nobody came yet and asked me to wait. Eventually, she came back and said her supervisor would send someone. Finally they came and said it was a different company that would have to reboot it. A few hours after that, the TV just miraculously rebooted and the TV worked. The desk clerk was wonderful, however maintenance sucked. Also, there was a wonderful young lady working at the Rope and Anchor restaurant named Brittany. She was running around like a mad man, doing way too many jobs and did it was such grace. She was beyond pleasant and efficient and it was some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

It is very dirty,there was a poop in the toilet. I believe no one cleaned it before we arrived. i informed the staff and they cleaned it. the table lamps ,the fridge were covered of dust. even when they cleaned the room in the next day, the bathroom was still very dirty the ground full of hair! There was a floor lamp not working I informed the staff but they couldn’t turn the button on, the button was broken.

The view on river was magical,the location of the hotel is excellent around 15 mins from the downtown.

The person that checked me in had a hard time finding my reservation and talked down to me and made me feel like I was trying to get a room for free. He was snarky and rude. Also, there weren't trash bags in all of the trash cans and the drain in the sink in the bathroom must have been clogged because the water kept filling up in the sink.

The room was pretty dated and it was not very clean. The bathroom was especially not clean. The refrigerator in the room did not work so when I put food in it, it went bad. Happy to see a safe in the room.

The location, amenities, view, bar area, restaurant and parking were all great aspects of the hotel. It was a great place to stay to be able to walk to the popular independence hall location. The bar staff were great. Nice big bar with a great view.

There was no free shuttle available when we wanted to leave from the location. We had to pay to park our vehicle and then had to pay for Uber/Lyft in when we had to leave and return hotel.
