No plug in the sink. No coffee pot so unable to heat up water for a hot drink. Some mechanical noise halfway through the night, every night!

It wasn't very clean. The drawer with the lamp on had some marks of a previous drink used on top of it. The hair dryer had some hair on it

Cleaning standard of the room and specially the bathroom could have been better. The water pressure of the shower was low. Staff could have been nicer. WiFi signal could have been better in some parts of the room (although I am aware that this is sometimes difficult to accomplish depending on the building and where the router is located).

Convenient location. Very comfortable and large beds. Room was big enough and bathroom was ok as well. The exterior patio was cute, and we had free parking (note however that cars were visible and accessible from the street). Location looked kind of shady at night but it was just our impression because the next morning we realized it was a perfectly safe area with lots of restaurants and shops around.

I came to Oakland for my very first time for Mosswood Meltdown 2023 and it was just convenient how close it was to the event.

The noise from A/C in room 205 was pretty loud but, they changed the room for me to 214, the A/C was good, but the hair dryer isn’t working!

The greatest thing about this hotel is the location. It’s super close to the city center of San Francisco! There is a great bagel shop 2 minutes walking distance to the hotel. Only thing about hotel is that the sheets were old, they have cigarette burns and some of the furniture was dirty. The overall bed and room was clean enough for a 2 night stay. Would recommend!

The neighbourhood was not very nice. We did not really feel unsafe, but did not walk here at night.

Clear rooms, nice bed, near to MacArthur BART station to SFO AirPort. The owner was very nice and even brought us to the BART station with our luggage.

It is a motel so don’t expect it to be a 4 star hotel. Sone towels were not too clean…

Staff were very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early. Perfect location for the event we were attending. Easy parking.
