I always like coming here for my birthday. It was a much better experience than last year. Staff at front desk were very nice. Pool was a lot more organized. Bar was open. We didn’t have breakfast there. Wish it was complimentary like before. Also parking should be included in stay. Other than that still loving the whole Lucy and Desi all over the hotel!

the wifi in my room was shockingly bad. kept dropping in and out and sometimes none at all. that disappointed my stay. the wifi by the bar was good so had to work the. which didnt want to really. the reception staff bit grumpy . the air con made a terrible noise as if the fans inside need replacing. place i dont think they are serviced regular enough. it is a old hotel that prob needs upgrading more.

the room was big had a fiftys style feel to it still but i liked that. didnt have breakfast. pool and surroundings very nice. nice bar area and comfortable. liked all the pictures of the famous starts that hung out there. really has a 1950 early 60s feel to the place. good parking as well.

Our toilet did not flush well, we called the front desk the phone did not work, we walked to the front desk and informed them of the maintenance issue, the warm kind staff apoligized all the staff left for their shirt, have to wait till the morning, I had to drive to 24 CVS and purchased a plunger, then found out if was no clogged, slow flush, morning came, maintenance was informed, we left and returned and the problem was still the same, find out the maintenance crew did not respond to our request, finally they arrived as we went to swim, returned problem the same, finally we decided to walk to the front lobby to use the bathroom remaining time of our stay, for their were no rooms available due to full house

Everything, we love staying at Indian Wells Resort, we love the front lobby, the live music as we check in, warm welcoming staff, the decor and surrounding. our room was awesome, walk out to our patio and our car parked in front, easy access. swimming pool, staff very warm and friendly, been coming to this Hotel 34 years, my wife and I celebrate our anniversary every year, thank you for giving us the best memories and kindness, now our children stay here and soon to be our grandchildren, our home away from home.

We had to switch rooms because the mattresses were so bad.Food is expensive and paying $25 for parking each night seems excessive. I was under the impression that parking was included.Needed more handicapped parking also.

The food has improved since my last visit, but still the buffet lacked variety. Just marmalade and nutella would help. The wifi didn't work in my room.

Inconsiderate fellow guests who slam their doors early in the morning. I thought $25 a night to self-park in an open lot in the back of the property was too much.
