The cost of wifi on the room, the cost of parking, basically prices of everything you already charge a large amount for a room, a room that wasn't much fancier than I could get for same amount with better amenities

We enjoyed the proximity everything and the welcoming of the staff and the convenience of the small store in the lobby

Small bathroom for 4 guests, however we made it work! There did not seem to be enough staff during the check in process. We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil and the wait for valet and to check in was very lengthy (greater than 15 mins.). Then we had to wait in line over 15 mins to catch the elevator to our room. Seemed like there should have been more staff available for a quicker process knowing this concert was happening over two days.. maybe they got it right for Friday night's guests, but could've done better for Thursday.

The room was nice and very clean. I liked that we were able to access the indoor walkway to get us closer to Lucas Oil, since it was very cold and windy that day. Upon check out the staff was very helpful getting our car loaded. Valet had our car ready and waiting for us.

Elevators! 18 floors and only 3 working. 2 huge events place was packed and we waited 30 min to take elevator to our room. Another 20 to come back down. Also line at check in.

It was never explained to us that parking in the hotel parking garage would be an additional $55 added to the bill. When we checked in, we got asked where we parked and the employee made our cards work to get in and out of the garage. It was pretty surprising to wake up to an additional $55 for parking being noted in the statement. If the hotel has parking accommodations for their visitors, the parking garage should absolutely be included in the charge of the room as a way to say thank you for staying with Marriott. For this reason alone, we will stay somewhere else when we come back for our annual visit to Indy.

The hotel was very clean, employees were very nice. The bed was decently comfortable, and it was really nice that the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

It was very hard to understand the people working the font desk. Room was not cleaned very well, found an angry Orchard bottle top on the floor, so made me think the floor was not swept. Restaurant staff at Conner very rude. Not friendly at all. Bell hops and valet were the best interaction with hotel staff.

Business centre was a little sparse in snacks and coffee, bit expensive but largely because my meeting coincided with the marathon.

Great rooms, good facilities, wonderful staff. Restaurant is very good and bar is excellent.

It wasn't quite as clean as it should be. There was a sign that said "Be responsible. Towels hung up will be left for re-use." Despite my towel being hung up it was replaced. Not eco-friendly.

No tub, nothing to prop your leg on in the shower to shave, no fan in the bathroom, dim lighting in both bathroom & bedroom, microwaves only on 3rd floor in laundry room, $15.99/day for wifi & $52/day to park, room was not cleaned on our stay over, hallway smelled like weed in the morning, front desk did not ask how our stay was so I didn't convey our issues. Expected more for the price.

Great location, very clean, super comfortable beds, front desk manager gave us complimentary yogurt & juice for a sick family member.

Coffee around the clock is a MUST. Not to have coffee on the weekends or available at night is unacceptable. This is the only hotel I have stayed in that there was no coffee available on the weekends. Had to wait until 7 am to BUY one for $5.00. You rate yourselves a 4 star hotel. No coffee makes for grumpy guests.

I was very overwhelmed by the parking and cost. I understand you cant control the parking near you but $62 a day to park a car seemed absurd to me. The valet were great and for $5 more to have them park my car was nice but that price is stupid.

I did not have breakfast. I was there for a conference and did not use the room for more than showers and sleep. Everything was great though.

I had called ahead asking for a pack and play for our room for which they said they would have one in there and ready- had to spend over an hour and a half, and 3 requests once checked in waiting for it to come to our room, for which one side kept collapsing.
