Everything was great—no complaints— just be aware that it‘s at least a half hour walk to historic sites. Also I suggest providing a couple kitchen towels and washcloths, as it is hard to wash dishes with paper towels. It is expensive but similar to the cost of nearby hotels and with more amenities.

there wasn't much not to like. the 25 lb dumbbells seem to be missing from the workout room, and that would have been helpful to have. otherwise, it was great.

the room was exactly what i needed for my trip and was so comfortable. the kitchen was well-stocked and i appreciated the full-sized fridge/freezer. the workout room was also very nice and convenient.

The door codes could be a little cumbersome

The 1-bedroom accommodations were phenomenal! So spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, beautiful quiet street in Back Bay, but right across the street from the mall and 10m walk from all the action on Newbury street.

Our only suggestions: a few screw holes in the walls where fixtures had been removed need repair and the full size refrigerator was quite loud.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at St. Botolph very much. The location is fantastic - walking distance to the MFA and Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the surrounding area is lovely! The Inn itself is very good. We were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was abundant and did the trick and the coffee, made with a self-serve espresso machine with frother was terrific! The bed and linens were excellent and we slept very well in this beautiful and quiet neighborhood! Also, the shower had great water pressure and an oversized shower head - really nice! In addition, Tom our concierge, was very helpful and gracious and allowed us to store our bags after check out while we went out for the day before heading home to NYC.

This was a perfect stay with a home away from home feel for me. The breakfast selection was great from yoghurts, bagels, fruit, cereal & bars - you couldn’t have asked for anything more! My room was clean & bed so comfortable.

Needed some handyman work. A screw fell out of the shower handle. The bathroom door did not latch closed and needed to be held. Some of the staff were superb (Thomas). Some of the staff needed some training to give local food recommendations.

Loved the location! The entire South end was very walkable and nearby restaurants were fantastic. (We went to The Salty Pig—delicious!). I loved the lobby with coffee and water always available. Kitchenettes in the rooms made it ideal for longer stays. Aesthetically beautiful, comfortable, unique. Not your average place!

I hope the shower, the water pressure could be higher. That’s all! I haven nothing to be dislike other than shower.

The staff are friendly and I love the breakfast they provided. The location was convenient for me to commute to conference venue. There is 7-11 just across the street, so arriving late also did not have any problem.

Pillows were a little too stiff and big for my comfort. I also found the TV remote a little confusing, but it most likely is my lack of technical knowledge and not the remote. 🙂

Breakfast was pretty good. Beds were comfy, but the pillows were a little too big for my comfort. The kitchenette was very well equipped, with more than enough room to move around comfortably. And while we did hear the rescue alarms and some screaming teenagers from the street a couple of times, it was pretty quiet and we heard no one in the hallways or other rooms. The hotel was secure and was close to a subway station and within walking distance of Fenway Park. I would and will stay here again!!!

The brown hallways. Kind of depressing and dated. The room furniture did not feel very clean and was very worn.

The quietness at night. Really throughout the day the Inn was very peaceful. The morning breakfast was perfect. Just what we needed before big lunches and dinners. The room was clean and well laid out. The staff was extremely kind and helpful!

I believe they are understaffed or perhaps this is the model for an “Inn”. The lounge is small and the complimentary breakfast misses a “what to/how to”. Again perhaps it follows the model of an “Inn”.
