One of the nights, our room started to smell like marijuana. We asked to move rooms and staff was very helpful and quick to move us. Except they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, so we ended up walking in on a family. Very awkward! Other than that, our stay was nice.

I wish there had been more dining options. The food court is located in the casino and it is fine, but the cafe had very limited hours (7am - 2pm). I didn't necessary wanna drop gourmet restaurant kinda money for every meal. I guess that's one of the drawbacks with its location. Maybe add a pizza place/Italian cuisine spot?

The location of this property is off the beaten path. That can be good or bad depending upon what you're looking for. It is still only minutes from all the things I wanted to see and do in ABQ, so I viewed the location as a positive. Here's one thing I would cite as a huge positive: the hot water in the restroom didn't take forever to come out. Sometimes, you have to run the water for a while before the hot water gets to the faucet, but it was practically immediate. It seems like such a small thing, but I appreciate it!

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee at Chill was the best we have had in a long time.

The room and furnishings show their age and lack luster, scratched and nicked cabinets, table, etc., the bathroom lighting very dim, there was a picture missing leaving only the anchors exposed. Upon check-in they reminded us of no smoking and no pets but someone had a dog in the next room that barked for a couple of hours during the night. We mentioned this at check-out but were just told that those guests probably brought the dog in as a service animal.

The room was very spacious, large bathroom, nice shower, nice countertop mirror, good quality shampoo, conditioner, etc., coffee in room and refrigerator (no microwave). No complaints on the cleanliness.

There was nothing not to like, everything was wonderful!

I loved the bed and staff. The bed was so comfortable and I was able to get a great night of sleep. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating.

We I arrived the toilet seat was down ( not up if it had been recently cleaned) and there were dried drops of urine on it. Also the room description mentions that bath robes are provided to I purposely didn’t bring one to find out there was no robe available.

It’s a shame I couldn’t check-in until 4pm, as this limits the amount of time I had to enjoy the facilities. I had a view of a roof, which is disappointing given the landscape and indeed the nice architecture of the hotel.

The room was of a very high standard, modern and very comfortable.

No alcohol allowed in the casino was very strange. I don't mind no smoking in the casino, but I can see how that would be a problem for gamblers. It was also eerily quiet in the casino, so it's probably the most boring casino I have ever visited. The location of the hotel is also inconvenient in relation to the rest of the city.

We booked in order to enjoy the hot tub, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for annual cleaning. I think something like that should be made clear before one books, so one can make an educated choice.
